• Lamb is the preferred food of the country

• The country love hot foods with spices and herbs

• Lamb is usually slow cooked in a hole in the ground surrounded by sand. Process usually take a whole day and is consumed by many people for a feast at night

• Bread usually accomadates every meal. Bread is flat and eaten with the meat of the lamb

• Fast food is current rising and many different cultures food are now being consumed.

Tunisia Music

• The most popular form of dance is called Malouf

• This music came about in the 1400’s as a result of the Spanish

• An “Ud” is a popular instrument played in the country

• Tunisia sets the tone for most of the African country. Because it is the most north country, the music starts in Tunisia and makes its way down the continent.
