THE HALF-SHELL FORM:The half shell is made of a horizontal paneland a vertical panel braced by two struts.A crutch ensures the stability, wheels allow itstransit, and jacks complete the configurationpossibilities.Position stoppers and link pieces ensure a prefect surfacing formwork top of severalhalf-shells.

BACK PANELA back panel can equip the half-shells to casta bracing wall at the same time as the sailsand the foundation.

SLAB AND SAIL EDGES At each rotation, door, window and ledgeframes are implemented. The position andfastening of these reservations are marked onthe formworks.

INITIAL FORMWORKTo position with precision the higher sail, theinitial formwork is implemented in the half-shells before casting. The initial formworkis made at the same time as the foundation.

TSTDTUNNEL FORMWORK STANDARD HALF-SHELL

Linkage pieces of the vertical panelsThese accessories allow the link and surfacingof the vertical panels. They link the tunnelsbetween each other to form parcels of variable lengths.

Linkage pieces of the horizontal panelsThe horizontal panels are linked together bykey bolts (A) to form a perfect tunnel.The connection of the tunnels amongst eachother are done by eye rods (B).

Alignment stoppersThey help position the tunnels together. These stoppers guarantee a perfect alignmentof the formwork surfaces.

The wheels of the vertical panels (C) and thecrutches (D) ease the tunnel demoulding.The tunnels are also equipped with levellingjacks.
