Parameter / Design Intention665-E106 will liquefy / sub cool the inlet feed gas.Feed to 665-E-106: Pressure = 63.9 bara, Temperature = -33.5 C, Flowrate = 1.08E6 kg/hrOutlet from 665-E-106: Pressure = 48.4 bara, Temperature = -115.1 C (Normal Sub cooled); Pressure = 48.4 bara, Temperature = -148 C, Flowrate = 0.65E6 kg/hr (Subcooler 665-E107 bypass case)

1 No Flow Inadvertent closure of manual isolation valve on inlet to 665-E106 or 665-ESDV-102.Strainer blockage on inlet to 665-E106.
- Loss of LNG production.
- Liquid backflow to the inlet line from the tube side feed gas pass of the MCHE, resulting in cold LNG (-115 C) in Low Temp CS piping upstream of 665-ESDV-102.
- Low temperature in MR compressor, 666-K001, suction with potential for liquid carryover to the MR Compressor Suction Drum.
- Two check valves are provided downstream of 665-ESDV-102 to prevent reverse flow of LNG.
- 665-FALL-115 will activate 666-UZ-10 which will shut 665-ESDV-102. (To prevent contact of LNG with Low Temp CS)
- 666-TALL-001 for MR Compressor
- 666-LAHH-001 on 666-V001 trip the MR Compressor.
- 665-PDI-151 on the strainer to the inlet of 665-E106.
APCI: Evaluate the potential for Low Temp CS piping upstream of 665-ESDV-102 to come into contact with LNG due to a failure of ESDV-102 upon unit shutdown and considering the check valve provided may leak.

Decreased flow through 665-E107 resulting in warmer LNG temperature to 668-G001A/B with potential for hydraulic turbine damage.Generation of excessive flash gas in Unit 668 (Nitrogen Rejection Unit) and potential.
668-TC-803High temperature alarm on product inlet line to 668-G001A/B.
- (APCI): Interface - 668-TC-803 reaction to 665-HV-152 failing open and subsequent temperature increase will cut the feed rate resulting in Unit shutdown.
- Review the control response in this case to avoid shutting down the unit.
- Interface - Provide procedure and means for transition from normal operation to bypassing 665-E107 and reducing the feed to prevent excessive flashing of higher temperature LNG in Unit 668.
- Provide mismatch alarm on 665-HV-152.

Defrost heater malfuntion.
Degradation of aluminum material which could damage 665-E106 (MAWT = 65 C).
- 664-TAHH-336 will shutdown the steam heating (664-ESDV-303) for the defrost gas heater.
- 664-TC-332 High temperature alarm on the defrost gas system.
Safeguards considered adequate.

Mercury contamination in the feed gas from upstream unit.
Potential for exchanger failure due to corrosion or amalgamation
Sampling downstream of the Mercury beds to ensure no mercury content in downstream feed gas.
