Coincurve is a virtual currency platform for Canadians to buy, sell and spend “utility” virtual currencies easily and securely. For quick, small transactions, minimal personal information is collected and customers don’t need to sign up to the service. With a focus on utility, customers can convert virtual currencies into popular gift cards such as Amazon, Best Buy to spend on real world merchandise. Coincurve is a non-custodial wallet service and will hold near-zero float of virtual currencies. Essentially, minimizing risk and liability of any virtual currencies.

Strike is a global Esports tournament platform for casual gamers that thrive on competition. Gamers can play or watch the current top games in Esports and compete in tournaments. The platform is powered by virtual currency such as Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash as a currency for subscriptions and rewards.
Our platform utilizes the dominant streaming service, Twitch as our main broadcasting channel.

This projection is reflective of our current top Esports titles such as Overwatch and Fortnite achieving an impressive annual player growth rate of over 140% and conversion rate topping 70% with average player spending $85 USD.
The average conversion rate for competitive PC gaming is 10% - 20% indicating long-term commitment from players.
Using these metrics for our player growth projection and average player spending, we arrive at these projected numbers.

Rod has over 18 years of experience building solutions in payment processing, issuing and fraud management space, which led to extensive involvement in FinTech innovation. Rod worked on solutions for the money transfer payment space servicing countries worldwide which eventually led to launching one of the first wallets in Canada.
