Dear Fairfax County Board of Supervisors;

I don't understand why it's been impossible to find out where this lien is recorded. If the lien is on something inFairfax County, it should be in the Court records of Fairfax County. If the lien is on something in Highland County, itshould be in the Court records of Highland County. Failure to get resolution would be disastrous for our family. Ihave exhausted my options; I don't have the power to get answers.

Would you please ask Fairfax County Director Kevin Greenlief two questions?

(1) What is the lien on?(2) Why was it sent to Highland County?

Would you please ask Highland County Clerk Lois Ralston Sheives to send you copies of any and all documentsthat have been attached to property 54 A 31 and/or 54 A 32 after year 2010?

If neither of these work, would you please have one of your staff search the Fairfax County records and theHighland County records? The drive to Monterey is beautiful.

Dear Fairfax County, Virginia, Board of Supervisors;

I am trustee for our family's remaining property in Fairfax County that we call Accotink (Fairfax County Tax Map090-4-001-0017). I am powerless against those who put entanglements on it. Those who control theentanglements control the people and assets that are entangled, and that makes our family and this Trusteepowerless.

The most recent entanglement uses a lien for back taxes on Accotink on another property which the creators of thelien won't identify. (By definition a lien is on property). This lien was sent to banks in Highland County, Virginia,where I own property as an individual, which suggests that the lien was put on my individual property ( trail14p ). Ifso, besides being against the law, this entangles two properties; http://www.alexandriavirginia15acres.comand http://www.farm139.com . I have exhausted my options; I don't have the power to get answers ( 2questions7p).

If the BOA tries to find out where the money went in out mother's estate, such as behindBk467p191, for example, BOA can experience it themselves.

Some files from my website are attached. Does it look as if the CPA framed me with accounting entanglementswhen I hired her for tax year 1991? The supporting documents could include a copy of thecontract (complete copy front/back), cancelled checks (to verify payment of services rendered), correspondence,telephone/fax logs, advertisements, and general notes that summarize the matter.

The attached complaint form will provide with more information about the complaint process and our authority as aRegulatory agency to become involved and the action that we can take.

Please note, that a Regulatory Board cannot provide legal advice, make the person/business return to completeitems of a contract, make the person/business return any monies that are allegedly owed, etc. Also, StateRegulations do not cover ethical behavior, business practice decision (such as billing costs for services), and civilmatters that may involve workmanship issues or cosmetic defects. A Regulatory agency can only take actionagainst the license if violations of the regulations can be proven. The Board will decide what type of action to takeagainst the license in the form of a (1) Monetary fine, (2) Remedial Education, (3) Suspension, (4) and/orRevocation.

In some instances, the Department may offer mediation as a means of alternative dispute resolution regardingcomplaints against licensees. A regulatory board CANNOT require any individual or business to refund money,correct deficiencies, or provide other personal remedies. In some cases, a legal action may be your only recourseto resolve a matter. The Department cannot provide legal advice.
