Trinity Athletics Carnival Our Trinity Athletics Carnival is fast approaching – Friday 16 March. Information on the day was sent out via the SkoolBag app and is also posted on the school calendar located on the Trinity website. It is important that students wear their HOUSE COLOUR T-SHIRT and Trinity SUN HAT. Students will need to bring their snack, lunch and water bottle. All students will travel to and from the venue by bus. At the end of the day, students will gather in the Hall in their House Colours to congratulate the winning team. For student safety, we ask for all spectators to remain behind the fence and not to walk through the playing fields. Thank you to the parents who have volunteered their time to assist on the day. ECSIP We are calling on parent volunteers to complete the Enhancing Catholic Schools Identity Project Survey (ECSIP). ECSIP is a joint initiative of the four Victorian Catholic Education Offices, the CECV and the Catholic University in Leuven, Belgium. The ECSIP goal is to review the current Catholic identify of our school and to assist us to realise our preferred Catholic Identify. This information is vital in informing our School Improvement Framework and Strategic Improvement Plan. If you are available to take part in the ECSIP survey, please contact Kathryn Pepper for more information. Simon will be taking a leave of absence until the end of Term 1 as his wife was involved in an unfortunate accident on the weekend. While her injuries are not life threatening, Simon will be assisting his family in this time of need and will not be at school for the remainder of Term 1. Regards, Liz Jones Deputy Principal

Dear Parent/Guardian

RE: Enhancing Catholic School Identity (ECSI) Survey.

I write to invite you to participate in the ECSI survey which will assist us in better understanding how our Catholic Identity is expressed in work and practice here at Trinity.

The Catholic University in Leuven, (Katholieke Universiteit, Leuven) was commissioned by the Catholic Education Commission of Victoria Ltd (CECV) to design a process and tools, based on sound research, to accomplish the goal of understanding our current Catholic identity and where the school community might like to see it in the future.

This survey is a key element in this process and I write to request your participation. The online survey gathers anonymous responses from students in Years 5 and 6, all staff, and a representative sample of parents.

If you would like to participate in the survey, please fill in the attached form and return it to the school office by Wednesday 21 March. Survey and login details will then be forwarded home to enable sufficient time for the survey to be completed.

If you have any questions, please contact me through the school Office.

Thank you for your consideration of this request and for your anticipated participation.

Yours sincerely

Kathryn Pepper Religious Education Leader/ Student Support

There is NO RIGHT TURN when exiting the car park. All vehicles must turn left for the safety of others and to maintain traffic flow.
