RECENT PROJECTS


International Sailing Event Our client boarded spectator boats along with 350 of its key clients and top prospects to watch the race from the “thick of the action.” To keep everyone comfortable, “Team Trims” was asked to provide a whole host of signature sailing gear including water proof jackets and lanyards, hats, towels, binoculars, key rings, scarves, lap blankets and footwear all intricately branded and packed in waterproof roll-top bags in time for race day.


“AND THE OSCAR GOES TO.....” Trims task: to create an “Oscar Worthy” gift bag for a several thousand attendees about to descend on Las Vegas for a medical conference with an Old Hollywood Theme. Challenge 1: To find a Best Picture DVD Collection under $20.00—then find enough of them in stock, in one place at the same time. Mission accomplished with Trims’ partner Warner Home Video. Challenge 2: To extend the movie magic beyond the close of the event. Solution: A “night out” at the movies in each attendee's hometown. The newly reorganized Fandango.com, with many options and price points to choose from, made the perfect partner. A branded replica of an old-time movie reel filled with iconic movie snacks: Twizzlers, Swedish Fish, Raisinets, Cracker Jacks completed the package.


For more than a decade Trims Unlimited has been InVision's resource for unique event props and gifts for their many highly creative conferences. This year, a Fortune 100 Silicon Valley company asked InVision to blow away the sales force with an opener no one would ever forget. Pyro flashes, thousands of ping pong balls and actual water would come raining down on the unsuspecting crowd of 1800. With a tight budget and even tighter turnaround time, Trims delivered branded hard hats, rain slickers and drum sticks to Las Vegas in time for the morning's insanity.
