Develop government-to-government relationships with tribes in support of Washington’s Centennial Accord
Coordinate meetings between tribes and local agency weatherization providers where needed and requested
Develop weatherization technical skills within the tribes that will supplement Washington’s efforts in energy conservation through weatherization
