Dampak Corporate Social Responsibility Investasi Rekomendasi

Abstrak
Kami mengeksplorasi dampak peringkat tanggung jawab sosial (CSR) dari 'penilaian
perusahaan' sell-side analis kinerja keuangan masa depan. Kami menyarankan bahwa ketikaanalis menganggap CSR sebagai biaya agensi, karena prealensi logika lembaga, mereka
menghasilkan rekomendasi pesimis untuk perusahaan dengan peringkat tinggi CSR. Selain itu,

7alam beberapa tahun terakhir, semakin banyak perusahaan yang mengadopsi berbagaisosial
perusahaantanggung jawab(CSR) /enggabungan sukarela isu-isu sosial dan lingkungan ke
dalamperusahaan model bisnis dan operasi (Komisi 4ropa *%) - dalam upaya untuk
memenuhi ke$utuhan dan harapan dari $er$agai pe#angku kepentingan, ter#asuk na#un tidak ter$atas
kepadaperusahaan% para pemegang saham Sementara itu, banyak perantara in"ormasi telahdibentuk untuk mengumpulkan dan menyediakanin"ormasi publik tentang inisiati" CSR ini - apa
yang disebut sebagai >penilaian CSR> atau >nilai CSR>- dengan demikian wisatawan dan
perusahaan peringkat di beberapa dimensilingkungan, sosial, dan tata kelolaperusahaan
kinerja. ;idak hanya in"ormasi perantara, tetapi juga sejumlahsukarela standar pelaporantelah
mun!ul untuk memungkinkan perantara in"ormasi tersebut untuk standarisasi !ara mereka
mengungkapkan peringkat CSR mereka. 8leh karena itu, nilai CSR telah semakin menjadi lebih
kredibel tetapi juga lebih mudah dibandingkan di industri dan geogra"i. $dopsi dan pelaksanaan
kebijakan CSR serta ketersediaan skor CSR, sebenarnya telah dihasilkan minat yang tumbuh

*%%). 7engan demikian, mengingatpenting peranbahwa pasar keuangan bermain dalamalokasi sumber daya yang langka modal dan dalam deriasi dariperusahaan, nilai pasar

penting. /ada artikel ini, dan untuk mengeksplorasi masalah ini, kita mengikuti penelitian
