FDI increased in the whole word due to the TRADE LIBERLIZATION. Since last two decades

the Asian countries has been attract a great bulk of the world FDI. The most remarkable

countries are china and India. Pakistan also attracts a handsome amount of the FDI in the country

which fosters the economic growth of Pakistan. Due foreign investment create million of jobs in

the country. In 2004-05pakistan achieve high level of foreign investment the volume is $ 5

billion, the targeted level was $ 6 billion. In the same year Pakistan economy grew at the rate of

8.2%, the Pakistan economy labeled as one of the fastest growing economy in the region.
