• Fees are driven by how much people are prepared to pay

• The budget takes into account the quality of the conference and number of participants

• Committee members will pay 50% of the fees

• Half the income is expected from exhibitors

• Next PC meeting: 23 October 2007 to organise reviewing the papers and the sessions

• 9 Strategic sessions selected from the 15 proposed topics
