If you registered after Wednesday 2nd Oct your start time will be sent to you on THURS 10th Oct.

● We suggest you arrive 1 hour before your start time to prevent lines at registration (and on course)

● Start waves will run every 20 minutes● Due to demand, some participants have been assigned a

different start time than requested during registration ● TEAMS: If one person is assigned to a different start time,

they are permitted to join the start time that was assigned to the rest of the team

Camping is offered Friday and Saturday night with spots sold for $25 per head. Limited spots available.

What this means: The waiver you signed while registering (a copy included in last page of this pack) is now your waiver (no need to print off a second one or sign one on the day). HOWEVER, If you registered for someone else or someone registered for you please log into your account and sign your personal waiver before the day.

Electronic signing will be offered on the day but may cause a delay to your entry.

Please also note U18’s will still be required to sign a waiver on the day with their guardian.

A spectator map will be emailed to all spectators the day before the event, along with all participants. Spectator routes will start from the Village and are in a loop returning to the Village.

OBSTACLES The NEW 5K course will consist of 13 obstacles set across a 5km course.

Obstacles will be varied between fun, muddy obstacles and strength / personal accomplishment obstacles.

The 5K obstacles are designed to ensure you ae challenged but that you and your friends will have fun

completing them,

Most obstacles will require teamwork so help a Mudder out.

Each obstacle has a by-pass lane so if you’re not up for it you can skip (no penalty) and come back and

conquer next year.

MUDDER PRO TIPS – if you only read one page Arrival InfoAim to arrive one hour before your start wave to allow time for parking, rego, dropping your bag, face marking and then our Anytime Fitness Official Warm Up. This will allow you enough time to get ready before you take on the course.

Head cam*If you're planning on wearing a head cam, please put your name and address inside the casing. Take it off and hold onto it for all obstacles featuring water. It will come off.*While we endeavour to retrieve and send back as many head cams as possible, the nature of our obstacles and unidentifiable nature of the cameras make this very difficult. You are taking your head cam onto the course at your own risk.

Start times Please check your allocated start time here. It is important you stick to your assigned start time. The first start wave on Saturday is 10.00am and Sunday 10:00am, the last start wave on Saturday is 2.20pm and Sunday 11:00am. As a 5k Participant you will not be allowed to enter the course until 10am.

Finisher ExperienceOnce you have your headband and are across the finish line, please take your time to enjoy all your rewards. Along with a Two Birds Beer you will also receive your 2019 On The Go finisher shirt.Please make sure you collect all your finisher rewards at once; once you have exited the finish area you will not be allowed back in.

Meeting PointPlease prearrange a meeting point with all spectators and participants in your group. Duration out on course may vary and mobile coverage is often unreliable. We suggest the Two Birds bar, it’s a great place to catch up with your friends.

Bag Drop* Please take only your necessary requirements into the base area (car keys, ID, wallet, towel). Put all your team’s belongings together in one bag to reduce your waiting time at collection. You can pre-purchase a bag drop pass here.

*Your belongings are left at Bag Drop at your own risk. While Bag Drop is monitored all day, Tough Mudder cannot guarantee the security of your belongings.
