Participant background : Participants were students from various universities

whose paper was chosen into Grand Final CPDC 2014 and will be doing a

 presentation as a part of judging process of CPDC 2014.

II.  Method of Conduct

MC is expected to conduct The Grand Final event with formal attitude

(involving polite manner and the use of good english).

IV.  Instruction

1 09. 00-09.15 1.  After the instruction from operational team, MC stand

up in front of the room and wait for the athmosphere to

conditioned and all the participant’s  attention derived

to them.2.  MC open the event by deliver a greetings

19 13.50-13.53 MC invite the team 6 to come up and prepare their

 presentat ion

MC expected to stand by and not go out/in to the room

21 14.08-14.33 1. 

MC start the question and answer session2.  MC let each judges to deliver their question

3.  MC let the team 1 to answer the question

4.  If the respected team finish delivering their answer

 before the quetsion and answer session ended, MC let

the other team to ask a question

22 14.33-14.45 1.  MC close the event

(Now we are arrive in the end of the 6th Chemical

Product Design Competition Seminar “Inventing an

 Innovative and Sustainable Chemical Product” .

Hopefully all the knowledge and value we get today,

always be remembered and applied in the real life.
