Phantomic T3 AMACHINING CENTRE
CNC machining centre with 3 controlled axes, designed for machining operations on bars or workpieces made of aluminium, PVC, light alloys in general and steel up to 3mm thick. It is provided with a 4-place tool magazine, with provision for containing 2 angle machining heads and a side milling cutter, for machining operations on the 5 faces of the workpiece. It also has a traversing work table which facilitates workpiece loading and unloading as well as considerably increasing the machinable section.

The tool magazine can hold up to 4 (8 on request) toolholders with their corresponding tools, which can be configured as required by the operator.
The operator interface features a 15” touchscreen provided with all the necessary USB connections for remote interfacing with the PC and N/C. It is also provided with a control panel, mouse and keyboard.
CNC machining centre, with 3 controlled axes; the spindle has an automatic tool slewing system on 3 fixed positions that allows processing on 3 sides of the workpiece.
Designed for machining bars or parts made of aluminium, PVC, light alloys in general or steel up to 2 mm. It is provided with a manual tool storage magazine with 9 places to wich one or two additional automatic storage magazines with 4 places can be added at the sides of the machine.
The workpieces is positioned by a pneumatic stop positioned at the left side of the machine, and is blocked by 4 strong clamps that are positioned by the slider on the X axis. Adding a second optional stop on the right side, the machine may perform extended machining of bars up to twice the work capacity.
Moreover it is equipped with a movable work plane for easier workpiece loading/unloading; this also allows considerable increase in the machinable section.
The moving cutting heads are fully guarded in the work zone and lowering of these guards is pneumatic.
The new HMI version with a suspended interface allows the operator to see the screen from any position thanks to the possibility of rotating the monitor on the vertical axis. The operator interface has a 15” touch screen display with all USB connections necessary to remotely interface with PC and NC. It has a push button panel, mouse and keyboard. It is also set up for the connection of a barcode reader. IT IS equipped with a front USB for data exchange.

Phantomic X44 AXIS WORK CENTRE
Machining centre CNC with 4 controlled axes, used for working bars or aluminium, PVC, light alloys in general and steel pieces up to 2 mm.
It has an 8 place tools storage, with the possibility of hosting an angular unit and a milling disc, to perform machining on the 5 sides of the piece.
Works bars up to 4 m long. The 4th CN axis allows the electro spindle to continuously rotate to from 0° to 180° to perform the work on the profile edge.
It also has a mobile work surface that facilitates the piece loading/unloading operation and significantly increases the workable section.

Machine integral protection booth
The tool holding storage is integrated on the X axis, placed lower and in backward position compared to the electrospindle, allows a drastic time reduction for the tools change operation. This function is particularly useful when working head and tail of the extruded material, allowing to avoid the run to reach the storage, in that the same moves together with the electro spindle, in the relative positioning. The storage is able to contain up to 8 tool holders with respective tools, which can be configured at the discretion of the operator. A sensor detects the correct positioning of the cones.

Double-head cutting-off machine with 5 controlled axes for aluminium, PVC and light alloys with automatic movement of the mobile head and electronic management of all 45° (internal) to 15° (external) angles, with a precision, within each degree, of 270 positions.
The innovative virtual rotation axis of the cutting units, subject of one of the patents that accompany this machine, as well as conferring absolute rigidity to the system, allows to manage positioning and profile blocking with great accuracy. These features allow to obtain a greater cutting precision than any other machine in its category and the name PRECISION is defined as the main feature. All axes movements take place on guides and slides on ball bearings. The automatic integral protection of the cutting area, the design of the push button control board, from access to the electric and pneumatic panel, make it an advanced model also from a safety and ergonomics point of view.
PRECISION T2 has 5 extremely precise numerically-controlled axes, for positioning the mobile head, for inclination of the two cutting units or for the advancement of the blades in cutting phase.
Positioning uses an absolute magnetic band, able to keep the memory positioned and to prevent the axes reference operations. The numerical control on all movements allows to manage any operation, including the length of the blades output travel, from an extremely advanced touch screen console. The HS High Speed version envisions an X axis with higher speed and all necessary protections for the automatic work, even unattended, in order to obtain maximum production.
