Beloved,
We are seeking to not only repair all of the roofing leaks, but also to correct the brick and mortar which is allowing water inside. We continue to work with our current lender, Cadence Bank, as they work with us to find alternate builders best suit-ed to this project, should our preferred builder not be able to satisfy the bank’s bonding threshold for our project. This bonding, of course, is to insure the project will be completed for us, as the client. We are still called to pray and trust that these items will be satisfied soon. Though the delays have presented stressful and certain dissatisfaction, we are as-sured that God is working while we are working ,and that it will all work out for our good and to His glory. — Pastor
