The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective TypeTest (OMR Valuation) held on 30-3-2012 for selection to the post of Tradesman (Electrical) on ` 5250-8390 (PR) inTechnical Education Department in Kottayam District, (Category No. 479/2010) arranged in the order of merit. TheRanked List is brought into force with effect from 6-5-2014.

The Ranked List will remain in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum periodof one year or till the expiry of 3 years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this List will be advised for appointmentin accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable,against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of the list. As the advice for appointment dependson the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all the candidates included in the list will secure appointment.The candidates remaining in the list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis ofthe inclusion of their names in the list.

The Candidates who have secured 70 marks and above in the objective type (OMR) test have been included inthe Main List of the Ranked List. The requisite marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect ofcandidates under the reservation group of communities.

According to the existing procedure, re-valuation of answer script is not allowed. But rechecking of answer scriptswill be done on payment of ` 50 (Rupees Fifty Only). The fees should be remitted in any one of the Treasuries inthe State by chalan under the Head of Account “0051 PSC-105 State PSC-99 Examination Fee”. The fee once remittedwill not be refunded on any account. The result of the re-checking will be intimated to the candidates from thisoffice. Application for rechecking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed format available free of costfrom the Enquiry Section of the various offices of the Kerala Public Service Commission or its photocopy ordownloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission’s Website: www.keralapsc.gov.in or photocopied therefrom. Application submitted in any other manner will not be considered. Candidates who wish to obtain a Photocopyof their OMR answer sheet (Part A and Part B) relating to this selection shall remit the fees of ` 200 (Rupees TwoHundred only) in any one of the Treasuries in the State by chalan under the Head of Account “0051-PSC-800 StatePSC-99 other receipts”. A copy of the answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR sheetinvalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of answer sheetwhich is not their own, and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.

Valid applications for re-checking/obtaining photocopy of answer scripts addressed to the District Officer, KeralaPublic Service Commission District Office, Kottayam shall reach this office within 45 days from the date on whichthe Ranked List has come into force (ie., The date on which the Ranked List has been approved by the Commission).The last date for receipt of applications for re-checking/obtaining photocopy of the answer script is 19-6-2014.Applications for re-checking/obtaining photocopy, received after the prescribed time limit and not in the prescribedform will not be entertained.

Entries put in column 5 (community) are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their applicationsand proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in thelist as proved by them in their applications should intimate the fact to the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Kottayamwithin one month from the date of publication of the Ranked List, to get the benefit of reservation to which they areentitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, the candidates will be advised on thebasis of communities specfied in this list.

“Any candidate can relinquish his/her right for appointment in writing duly attested by a Gazetted Officer of State/Central Government with signature, name, designation and office seal. The request for relinquishment received within 15days from the date of publication of Ranked List will be honoured against the requisitions of vacancies that are pendingwith the Commission upto the finalization of Ranked List. After the publication of the Ranked List, the request forrelinquishment will be considered only if such request is received on or before the date of receipt of requisition, based onwhich he/she is to be advised.”

The Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 28-4-2014. The Ranked List is intended to makerecruitment to the 3% backlog vacancies during the period from 1-1-2004-31-12-2007 earmarked for the variouscategories and PH groups as per G. O. The following List contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the ObjectiveType Test (OMR Valuation) held on 12-9-2012 and the verification of original documents of candidates included in theProbability List published on 15-3-2014 for selection to the post of Cook on ` 4630-7000 in the Tourism Department inThrissur District, (Category No. 482/2010, Gazette Date 31-12-2010) arranged in the order of Merit. This Ranked List isbrought into force with effect from 22-5-2014. The Ranked List will be in force till the publication of a new Ranked Listafter the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from thislist will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation asamended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the commission during the pendency of the list.As the advise for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all candidatesincluded in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the list at the time cancellation will have no claimat all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer script is not allowed. But rechecking of marks will bedone on payment of ` 50 (Rupees fifty only). The fees should be remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State bychalan under the Head of Account “0051 PSC 105 State PSC- 99 Examination Fee”. The fee once remitted will not berefunded on any account. The result of the rechecking will be intimated to the candidates from this office. Applications forre-checking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed format available free of cost from the EnquirySection of the various offices of the Kerala Public Service Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4size paper from the Commission’s website: www.keralapsc.gov.in or photocopied there from. Applications submitted in anyother manner will not be considered. Candidates who wish to obtain a Photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A andPart B) relating to this selection shall remit the fees of ` 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred only) in any one of the Treasuriesin the State by chalan under the Head of Account “0051-PSC-800 Other Receipts-99 Other Receipts”. A copy of the answersheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Candidates are prohibited from applying for copy of answer sheet whichis not their own and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.

Valid applications for re-checking/obtaining photocopy of answer script addressed to the District Officer, KeralaPublic Service Commission District Office, Thrissur shall reach this office within 45 days from the date on which theRanked List has come into force (ie. the date on which the Ranked List has been approved by the commission). The lastdate for receipt of applications for re-checking/obtaining photocopy of the answer script is on 5-7-2014. Applications forre-checking/obtaining photocopy, received after the prescribed time limit and not in the prescribed form will not beentertained.

Entries put in column 8 (community) are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their applicationsand proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in thelist as proved by them in their applications should intimate the fact to the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Thrissurwithin one month from the date of publication of the Ranked List, to get the benefit of reservation to which they areentitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, the candidates will be advised on thebasis of communities specified in the list.

Any candidate can relinquish his/her right for appointment in writing duly attested by a Gazetted Officer of State/Central Government with signature, Name, Designation and Office Seal. The request for relinquishment received within 15days from the date of publication of the Ranked List will be honoured against the requisitions of vacancies that arepending with the Commission upto the finalisation of the Ranked List. After the publication of the Ranked List, therequest for relinquishment will be considered only if such request is received on or before the date of receipt ofrequisition, based on which he/she is to be advised.

The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type(OMR Valuation) Test held on 29-2-2012 and the verification of original documents of candidates included in theprobability list published on 19-10-2013 for the post of Mechanical Carpenter (Category No. 347/10) on ` 4750-7820 inPort Department in Kozhikode District for which notification for selection was published in the Gazette dated 15-11-2010,arranged in the order of merit. This Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 13-3-2014.

The Ranked List will be in force for a minimum period of one year provided that the said list will continue to bein force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry ofthree years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules andorders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to theCommission during the pendency of this list.
