CONTINuINg EduCATIONby attending the McVc, veterinarians will be able to choose from over 100 hours of sessions and may earn up to 20 hours of continuing education credit. continuing education certificates will be included in your onsite program.
We are ce approved in alabama by the alabama licensing board.
hOTEL RESERVATIONSthe embassy suites hotel will be the site for the Music city Veterinary conference . the group rate is $134 for single or double occupancy (plus tax). to make reservations at the special McVc rate, contact the hotel by calling 615-890-4464. to ensure the group rate and space availability, make your reservations no later than tuesday, January 30, 2018. the room block will close once the room block has been met or has reached the deadline, whichever occurs first. be sure to mention VMA as the group code.
From i-24 east or West take exit 76 Medical center parkway. head north on Medical center parkway, hotel is located on the right. the hotel is conveniently located close to state route 840.

McVc registrations will no longer be accepted after February 7, 2018. please register onsite after February 7, 2018.
registration includes a name badge that allows access to lectures, the exhibit hall, daily refreshment breaks, lunch and tVMa awards dinner. proceedings will be provided to all attendees online through the tVMa website, which will include all submitted lecture notes for scheduled speakers. bound book proceedings will be available for an additional fee of $35. to guarantee your copy at this fee you must pre-order. a very limited quantity will be available onsite at a cost of $45. registration for all sessions will be confirmed only after submission of the registration form and fee.
