1

The difference between a statesman and a charlatan is that the former constructs,

aligned with the Constitution, while the latter seeks notoriety gambling with the

future

2

In order to lead and not to follow, we must highlight the difference with branding,

quality and world positioning.

3

Dollarized countries promote themselves in order to attract investments. In Ecuador,

they want to make us believe that we are moving forward, when in fact the country is

being suffocated until it bursts.

4

The better the quality and the design, the stronger the brand will become and the

bigger its aggregated value.

5

Increasing productivity without cheating the buyer will benefit both, the producer and

the country brand.

6

Habits either balance or degenerate a society. Only by correcting deficiencies will we

exchange weaknesses for strengths.

7

If we do not dream we do not see; if we do not see, we will not build; let us remove the

blindfolds and get started.

8

Freedom, together with intelligence and creativity, generate work opportunities.

9

Technology of communication eliminates borders, allowing webs of opportunities and

strategic alliances.

10

Countries exist, but not frontiers; only those with freedom are capable of growing.

11

All countries set out a showcase to attract investment. In Ecuador instead, we are

forced to walk through the route that destroys opportunities.

12

Freedom is the right to choose; autonomy involves this and much more.

13

Dollarisation shielded the people’s pockets preventing the bureaucracy’s

discretionality from diluting family income.

14

The speaker’s stand does not yield work.

Let us leave aside the crutches and take on the good practices from developed

countries.

15

Today’s world has no borders. Accordingly, if we evolution at the speed of thought we

shall reach the top

16

Differences between management and governmental areas destroy a nation.

Harmony, which is an integral part of democracy and freedom, builds new roads and

ways.

17

Futuristic decisions at the speed of thought. This is one of the secrets to change a

country from minus to plus.

18

There is no worst blind person than he who does not want to see. We do not see, we

do not hear, we do not listen; we only depredate. Until when will we allow to be

destroyed?

19

Freedom, divine treasure!

Defend it, because the country that lacks it collapses.

20

In a country, where because of a dictatorship there are no clean and strong

institutions, it is clownish to call a General Assembly.

21

Artists are popular but they do not promote massive opportunities.

Statesmen are not the most popular and likable persons, but they remain in history

because they add instead of deducting; they don’t destroy, they build.

22

By focusing on respect for the others and in the freedom that grants us the right of

choosing, we shall begin the necessary development to create a country for everyone.

23

Whenever there is an empty space someone takes it. Let us see that whoever occupies

it will build a better country.

24

In nations where rulers are concerned about their country’s future, societies are

strengthened with ethics, justice and equity.

25

In every country only harmony, respect, freedom and union will prevent the flight of

human and monetary capitals.

26

With or without disguises, a dictatorship implies the dissolution of institutions and

suppression of liberties

in order to impose a single will.

27

Whenever the people’s mandate -confirmed by free election- is broken, it is to be

assumed that democracy has been erased and a tyranny has begun.

28

Alliances of governments with formal businessmen yield economic growth that will

generate thousands of work positions.

29

The young, who did not live in yesterday’s Guayaquil,

presume it and they don’t want it; consequently,

they reject the rules that are being imposed on us.

By taking over, they demand to design the appropriate rules

to create a country capable of attracting investments

and a better future.

30

Creativity is the essence of excellence.

Whoever devotes himself to art must be creative and enterprising in every thing he

does and promotes.

31

Every Law that is not focused on generating employment

becomes a tractor demolishing a better life quality.

32

A fiscal reform made up by persons who have never been entrepreneurs allows the

devil to mess in the details,

because he who does not know is like someone who does not see, thus causing the

economy and common welfare to burst.

32

Thoughts and reflections to improve your country for your descendents
