This Franchise Operations Manual contains all the
Policies, Procedures and Work Instructions that make up
the way a Franchisee carries out all the functions in the
SHAKE ‘N SLURP Business. Furthermore, it has been
prepared as a guide to Franchisee in running their
Franchised Outlet. Documentation of policies in this
Operations Manual is a fundamental for SHAKE ‘N SLURP Franchise Management System.

The Manual contains the standards, specifications, procedures and
techniques of SHAKE ‘N SLURP the Manual may be updated, amended,
supplemented or superseded from time to time and Franchisor will provide all
changes.
This Manual is provided to Franchisee for use only in connection with the
operation of the Franchised Business and only for the term of the Franchise
Agreement.
In order to protect the reputation of SHAKE ‘N SLURP and its Franchise and to
maintain uniform standards of operation under Franchisor’s proprietary marks,
Franchisee shall conduct the Franchise Business in strict accordance with this
Manual.
Franchisee shall at all times treat the Manual, any other Manual created for
or approved for use in the operation of the Franchised Business, and the
information contained herein, as secret and confidential, and shall use all
reasonable efforts to maintain the information as secret and confidential.
Franchisee shall not copy, duplicate, record or otherwise make the Manual
available to any unauthorized person or source without Franchisor’s prior
written consent. This Manual shall remain the sole property of the Franchisor,
and shall be returned to Franchisor at the termination of the Franchise
Agreement.
Franchisor may from time to time revise the contents of this Manual to impose
new or different requirements for the operation of the Franchised Business.
Franchisee has to comply with the Manual as revised, to maintain uniformity
in the SHAKE ‘N SLURP system. Franchisee shall keep its copy of the Manual
current and up-to-date.
In the event of a dispute as to the contents of Franchisee’s Manual, the terms
of the master copy of the Manual maintained by Franchisor at Franchisor’s
Main Office shall prevail.
In the event Franchisee loses the Confidential Operational Manual,
Franchisee has to pay to Franchisor the amount of Ten Thousand Pesos
(Php10, 000).
OPERATIONS MANUAL REVISION Whenever the Management develops more practical or efficient procedures in any
specific area, the Manual will be updated accordingly. The Franchisor will forward all
the Manual revisions to you with a Notice of Policy/Procedure Change form (sample
follows) explaining the nature of the changes to be made.
Revisions should be read and placed in the Manual immediately from the time you
received it. The superseded pages should be removed and returned to SHAKE ‘N SLURP
Office unless otherwise designated in the instructions accompanying the mailing.
When the procedure has been only partially revised and to those pages that have
been updated.
A Field Supervisor from the Franchisor’s Office will check your Operations Manual
during regular scheduled visits to ensure that it is up to date and you are
implementing the new procedures.
Submitting Suggestions to the Franchisor
Based on your experience, you may believe that a particular section or some
specific information herein is unnecessary or incorrect. However, our business
success is based upon the exact procedures and policies stated in this Manual
furthermore the strength of our Franchise System depends upon the consistent
adherence to these policies throughout the network by all Franchisees.
Nevertheless, SHAKE ‘N SLURP Management recognizes that you may have
valuable experience or information that could be use in the system. A major
benefit of a Franchise Operation is the cumulative experience of the entire
Franchise Organization. You are encouraged to send your suggestions or ideas to
the Head Office using Suggested Policy/Procedure Change form (see sample on
the next page).

VISIT FROM THE FRANCHISOR’S HEAD OFFICE A Field Supervisor from SHAKE ‘N SLURP Head office will visit your location regularly. Visits
is done to help you find new ways to increase sales, serve your Customers better,
familiarize you with new techniques or procedures, exchange of ideas and
information. The visits will be scheduled in advance so you can arrange to spend
some time with your Field Supervisor. Surprised visits will also be done.
At regular intervals, Field Supervisor will complete a Franchise Survey (samples
follows) with you to help you determine if your management are doing well and
thing that needs for improvement. You will be asked to complete a Field Visit
Confirmation form (sample follows) at the end of each visit. Remember, our intent is
to give you further information, knowledge and support in order to contribute to your
success as a Franchisee.
The Franchisor recommends you to assess your revenue and expenses
records/projection before your meeting for you to be prepared to participate in a
useful session.
THE FIELD SUPERVISOR Your first line assistance is your Field Supervisor, the person you should consult
whenever you have questions/concerns. Your Field Supervisor can give you answer,
help you, or direct you to the person at the head office who can help.
The Franchisor’s Head Office is committed to help you in any way possible to
develop your business. Your Field Supervisor is your partner, ready to share
knowledge gained through experienced in:

MESSAGE FROM THE FRANCHISOR This Operations Manual formalizes all our policies and practices that have been
established and observe from the start of Operations of SHAKE ‘N SLURP.
The primary purpose of this Manual is to inform. This will help Franchise and new
Employee gets acquainted and be guided by the established policies and
procedures observed by the Company in connection with running SHAKE ‘N SLURP.
This Manual covers all Staff regardless of employment status.
We suggest that you familiarize yourself with the contents of this Manual for
reference whenever you have a question or every time you need clarifications.
Franchisor reserves the rights to Change, Revise, Suspend, or Cancel any part of this
Manual if deemed necessary in response to changes and development, both
internal and additions shall be issued to update this Manual.

Shake n Slurp has been established as a food s company in Pagadian City,
Zamboanga del Sur, Mindanao. Our business model is on the trending franchise
system which works well in our existing branches. Based on the decision of the
company to expand our products we have now established this corporation in
Visayas, specifically Cebu and Leyte. The revenues of our company are expected to
be nearly 365,000 million per year. In addition to food industry investment, a portion
of our profit is also invested in paper assets thru stocks markets and mutual funds.
