Lecta carries out its activity in accordance with sustainability criteria. Its commitment to the environment is evident in numerous initiatives:
· Environmental Certifications. Lecta is certified to the strictest environmental management systems: ISO 14001 and EMAS.
· Sustainable Forests. All the wood used in our manufacturing process comes from responsibly managed forests and non-controversial sources: PEFCTM and FSC® Chain of Custody certifications.
· Natural and Renewable Raw Materials. Lecta guarantees an efficient use of natural resources, including raw materials, water and energy.
· Energy Efficiency. The Group has seven CHP plants in its factories which generate heat and electrical power from natural gas and biomass contributing to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Also, all our mills hold ISO 50001 Energy Management System certification.
Environmental commitment Adestor is the self-adhesive paper and film division of Torraspapel, part of the Lecta Group. With a substantial production capacity, strengthened through investment plans in 2011, and a new converting hub in Northern Italy, Adestor is one of the leading self-adhesive material suppliers in Europe.

The Adestor brand
The slitting and logistics center for storing and handling jumbo self-adhesive reels at the Lecta Group’s Cartiere del Garda (Italy) site, has enabled Lecta to significantly enhance its service to markets in Northern, Central and Eastern Europe.
From the new hub, we offer a wide range of facestock, adhesives and liners available for roll orders for rapid delivery.

Sales and technicalservice
The entire Adestor product line is manufactured at our Almazán (Spain) mill. Since its beginnings in 1974, its production capacity and range of products have grown steadily.
The 2011 investments have provided us with state-of-the-art equipment, thus improving our service and competitiveness. With the new 2-meter wide coater, the Almazán mill has doubled its current production capacity to reach 500 million m².
The Almazán mill is certified: ISO 9001 quality standard, ISO 14001 and EMAS environmental management standards and ISO 50001 Energy Management System.
