Compensation Plan: Generational Bonus - Paid Monthly

In your first 30 days, or any month you have 5 sales you can earn a 2X Fast Start QSB (Qualified Sales Bonus) down 3 generations. After 30 days, or if you have less than 5 sales in a month you earn 1X Fast Start Bonus. You must be qualified reseller (QR) at the product level you earn commission. Qualified reseller (QR) means you either purchase the product at that level for your own use or sell one retail product/subscription (NC) to someone else. You get paid on YOUR qualification regardless of what you sold. If you are not a Qualified Reseller for a product that you sold, the commission rolls up to the next QR for that product. Must have at least 25 PQV to receive commissions. (See company policies for details.)

Compensation Plan : Car Bonus

At eCreate.it we award our leaders who have put their time and dedication into building a better life. They worked hard and they have earned it! To celebrate their accomplishments we have a special Car Bonus. It’s important to our company that only people who have earned the car, and can maintain the bonus receive it. That’s why we have designed the right car program to do just that!

Car Bonus

● Achieve Gold and $3,000 minimum income per month for 3 consecutive months.

● Earn up to $1,500 per month by way of 10% bonus on income up to maximum of car payment on file or the $1,500 whichever is less

● Must be a vehicle less than 3 years old and value of at least $30,000.

● Lease/Loan/Purchase paperwork must be approved by the office.

● If you purchase outright, amount up to purchase price/36 months

● Your 3 qualifying months of car bonus are paid with your 4th month commissions, so you do not lose anything during qualifying.
