Vetrii IAS Study Circle was estab-lished by Founder Director M. Shunmugam, who has close

to two decades of experience in groom-ing UPSC and TNPSC aspirants. His passion for moulding and preparing more aspirants for competitive exams, led him to set up Vetrii IAS Study Circle in 2011. The main institute was opened in Chennai in 2012. Since then, there has been no looking back and the insti-tute has carved a niche for itself in the city.

Headquarted in Chennai, Vetrii IAS Study Circle has branches in Salem, Namakkal and Coimbatore. Since inception, approximately 2000 candi-dates from the institute have success-fully cleared UPSC and TNPSC. The institute conducts hundreds of semi-nars in various colleges to increase awareness about competitive exams among students.

serving in different states in India. The highly successful candidates are in the Indian Administrative Service, the Indian Police Service, Indian Foreign Service and the Indian Revenue Service.

The TNPSC Group I, II, IIA cleared candidates are placed as Deputy Collectors, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Registrars and DCTO’s Municipal Commissioners respectively.
