The first act of bearing fruitfor God is to give up seekingthe fulfillment of our ownlives. It is dying to the selfish

The question arises about what itmeans to die to ourselves. Does it

mean, as many say, that everythingI want is to die?

I do not believe so. I believe itmeans that which is in us that will

take for ourselves what God gives usto bless others with must die.
