9001:2008 Quality Certificate by DNV, which

officially assures our customers we can offer

reliability by means of productive, organizational

and structural quality. As with Isoil Industria our

manufacturing centre HEMINA is ISO 9001:2008

and OHSAS 18001 certified.

We also obtained the PED and MID module D certificate

approval.

The products are certified to OIML R49; MID-MI001 and MI004

(Directive 2004/22/EC). Further more our products have gained

numerous other national certifications in many countries.

The ISOMAG® sensors are also NSF61 and WRAS certified,

guaranteeing compatibility with portable water.

Software solutions

“The solutions that count” are not limited to supply instrumentations for measuring.We may also supply software solutions to help our customers to analyze, manage and optimize information coming from the field.

The solutions we offer are modular and designed to meet the

requirements from small to large users. Typically are used in

environmental monitoring system in water distribution

networks, Non-Revenue Water monitor, leak detection,

commercial metering and in wastewater application.

Software can be supplied in license or as cloud based service.

In cooperation with our sister company Oil Meter Sistemi

we may also provide software for level monitor, loading

terminals automation and access control in tank farms.

Our software engineers are expert with the most common

programing tools.

Web Based Data Acquisition and Management Software

ISOD@M (Data Acquisition and Management Software) offers a simple solution to manage the field instruments: collection, storage and analysis of data and events.

Easily accessible from the WEB, ISOD@M allows a fast connection to your data wherever you are: office, traveling or home.

“Calibrated” Solutions

Calibration bench, complete line

Unique in Italy for its dimensions and accredited to UNI EN ISO/IEC 17025; N. 237, issued by ACCREDIA, member of the European co-operation for accreditation – www.european-accreditation.org

The reference standard for the calibration is UNI EN 24185.

The calibration laboratory is subdivided in a number of lines in

function of the nominal diameter of the flow meter undergoing

calibration. Each calibration line is predisposed with a hydraulic

connection for the group of nominal diameters between DN3

The calibration laboratory located at the Isoil Industria production

centre consists of 7 calibration lines for flow rates from 0.003 l/s

to 600 l/s. The calibration lines have also been homologated by

ATLAB for the initial verification of water meters in conformance

to the European Directive 2004/22/CE MID.

All the lines are completely automated and managed by a software that permits the complete control and traceability of the calibration operations.

and DN800. The flow is generated by various pumps regulated

by an inverter. Calibration lines operating from DN3 to DN250

operate according the static weight based method or direct

confrontation with master meter. The line DN300 to DN800

operates solely in reference to master meter.

The scales utilized for the static weight have a capacity between

10kg and 30000kg. All the scales are equipped with a flow

diverter which are connected to a collector that permits

the utilization of the scale most suited to affect the calibration.

Thanks to the utilization of 3 (4 for the line up to DN800) reference

meters (master meter) of diverse diameters each utilizing a flow

range field of 1:10, a measurement field range of 1:1000 for each

calibration line is guaranted.

The large diameter calibration line is in the construction phase.

This will consist of a Piezometric tower 38m in height, with

a capacity of 600 cubic meters. This will permit the gravity

calibration of flow meters with a maximum flow rate of 2000

litres per second.

Through the LIBRA division we can issue calibration certificates

with the ACCREDIA mark for any liquid flow meter.

A wide range of products and services across different markets and applications to bring you more “solutions that count”.

ISOMAG® is a full range of electromagnetic flow meters from

DN3 to DN2500 and pressure up to 250 bar. They are available

in compact or separate version, wafer (up to DN400) or

flanged mounting, with a wide range of options for electrodes

and lining materials. The ISOMAG® range includes sanitary

design 3A certified for food applications, NSF61 or WRAS

approved material for drinking water applications. ISOMAG®

flow meters are MID-MI001, MI004 and OIML R49-1 certified

making them suitable for custody transfer purpose. A range of

insertion flow meters allow installation and removal from the

pipe while under pressure.

A range of Ultrasonic meters for water, flow and heat.

Application field include simple water metering to accurate

measurement of thermal energy consumption and heating/

cooling.

The ultrasonic flow meters can be battery or mains powered

for installation in closed or open loop heating and water

consumption system. The ISOFLUX™ series conforms

to Directive 2004/22EC, and are MID-MI001 or MI004

certificated. Heat metering certification is to EN1434 European

norms and OIML R 49 International recommendation.

The water meter is available from DN 50 to DN 800 flanged,

single or dual ultrasonic beams. Heat meters are available

from DN 15 to DN 200 to connect any heat meter like

ISONRG®. Any kind of paired thermistor temperature probes

can be connected.

Also available a portable or fix clamp on flow meter.

A range of meters to calculate the Thermal Energy. The energy

meter can be connected to any kind of flow meter with pulse

or analog output such as: Turbines, Volumetric Woltmann,

Impellers, Single or Multi jet, Ultrasonic (e.g. ISOFLUX™

series) and Electromagnetic meters (e.g. ISOMAG® series).

ISONRG® is certified MID-MI004 referring to EN1434 norms

according to European Directives 2004/22. The ISONRG®

heat meter is suitable for fluids such as water or water-

glycol mixtures and has an automatic switch from hot to cold

seasons.

Isoil Data Acquisition and Management software, is a tool to

enhance the Flowiz’s powerful communication capabilities,

allowing easy data collection, data and meter performance

analysis, water leakage control, remote and/or predictive

maintenance, alarms and events management, accurate

identification and location of your instruments through an

easy Google Map application.

a Story which started long time ago

The first company, ISOTHERMIC SWISS, was founded in 1958 to commercialize, under exclusivity agreements in Italy, instruments manufactured by major foreign companies.

The Head Quarter in Cinisello Balsamo

1958, the birth of ISOTHERMIC SWISS for the exclusively

distribution of foreign manufactured products in the Italian

market.

1970, the birth of OIL METER, manufacturing volumetric

flow meters for the chemical and petroleum industries.

1988, the birth of GRUPPO ISOIL from the merger of Isothermic

Swiss and Oil Meter.

1993, the offices in Milan transfer to the new ISOIL building.

The Foundation of the OIL METER SISTEMI company for the

development of industrial process automation software.

In the same year commences the manufacturing of Electro

Magnetic flow meters.

1998, the birth of HEMINA, manufacturing the ISOMAG® line of

Electro-magnetic flow meters.

2000, the Group creates two new companies: ISOIL IMPIANTI

specializing in the movement of hydrocarbons and ISOIL

INDUSTRIA which continues the commercial activities of

selling foreign brands of instrumentation and its line of flow

meters under the ISOMAG® brand.

2001, reorganization of the sale structure of ISOIL INDUSTRIA into

the following divisions ISOCONTROL, ISOTHERMIC, ISOTRACK

and EXPORT.

2006, the launch of the innovative magnetic flow meter FLOWIZ®,

the first magnetic flow meter in the world to be powered by

battery and with the ability to wireless communicate over the

GPRS network.

2008, HEMINA moves to a new larger production facility.

2009, certification of MID-MI001 /OIML-R49 and MI004

of ISOMAG® flow meters powered by AC and/or DC.

2011, the launch of the new product-line ISONRG® for energy

measurement with the relevant certification MID-MI004 /

EN1434.

Launch of the new FLOWIZ® NEXT.

Foundation of the Brazilian branch ISOIL LAMON INDÚSTRA

2015, start of erection of a 42 m high Water Tower for the
