TSi Winter Skills Training teaches the vital one v one techniques and tactics:• Shielding the ball• Dribbling moves• Fast Footwork• Tackling technique• Situational Tactics
SHOOTING - POWER AND ACCURACY
Scoring goals requires the ability to receive, turn, and strike the ball for power and accuracy.....
Repetition is required to refine technique and develop muscle memory...and the strength to generate power .
Proper technique allows for smaller players to shoot with power and develop into great finishers...
