CEO’s Message

One of the greatest strengths an organiza-

tion can have is a culture of ‘accountability’.

When every individual feels responsible for

his actions, the entire organization becomes

stronger and more effective. At Pravara, that

is what we must strive to do.

One way to understand it is this: each

School and College should be self-sustaining

in every respect. The essence is that each

unit must be focused on generating its reve-

nue, balancing the budget, controlling ex-

penditure on one side – and improving

standard of imparting knowledge and ab-

sorbing learning on the other.

Of course this does not imply each-one-to-

himself! Colleges and Schools will continue

to get the support of the Society – be it from

the Head Office or other Schools and Colleg-

es.

This must become an intrinsic part of our

culture at Pravara. After all, every family

tries to be self-sufficient – so why not the

Pravara family?

PRES forges partnership with

University of Santiago De Compostela

by signing the Partnership Agreement

Rural India and to promote Research, Pravara Rural Educa-

tion Society has signed three partnership agreements with

ing:

Cultural, Scientific and pedagogical convention for the

Exchange & training of staff, researchers & students, ar-

ranging seminars, conferences, publications & scientific

projects between the University of Santiago De Compo-

stela & Pravara Rural Education Society.

Student exchange agreement for student exchange at the

Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Doctoral Level be-

tween the University of Santiago De Compostela & Prava-

ra Rural Education Society.

Specific Exchange agreement for teaching & research

staff exchange between the University of Santiago De

Compostela & Pravara Rural Education Society.

This agreement is the embodiment of the recognition Pravara

is getting worldwide and the efforts of the Executive Chair-

man. It is applicable to nearly twenty nine fields of study such

as Agriculture Sciences, Engineering & Technology, Medical &

Natural sciences etc. It will act as a window of opportunity

for the students and faculty at Pravara to get acquainted with

the state of art technologies and research taking place at in-

ternational level. The facilitation of the exchange program

will give a chance to the individual availing the opportunity to

be the ambassador of Pravara and will groom them into glob-

ally aware citizens.
