We’re not going to compete with N.F.L. players; however, we are working on Active Faith Exercises! WHAT’S THE PROCESS?A. SIT UPS - Sitting under the teaching of God’s WORD!Your SUPPORT assists in the purchase of educational

materials for the students, study manuals for the teachers and now available from our National O�ce - on-line materials to develop and assist sta�. WE MUST STAY QUALIFIED.

B. 100 YARD DASH - Our commitment is moving toward the aid of hurting individuals. On a recent Sunday a.m. - while waiting to meet up with the choir - I traveled through a Walmart parking lot. I counted 14 people who seemed to

be “hurting”. On Tuesday a.m. I returned to that area to extend Adult & Teen Challenge - a wonderful plan with the message of HOPE. THANKS to YOU ALL - for Helping us. YES, there were those to visit with and o�er HOPE.

C. PUSH-UPS - Be An Encourager - 2 Cor. 1:4 “God - who comforts us in our tribulation” (our present experiences). We’ve been encouraged and we can be our BEST - encouraging others.

D. DEEP KNEE BENDS - Pray Daily - No Substitute for this prescription (my doctor recommends this). “First of ALL - prayer and intercession for ALL”.

E. LUNGES -You’re ahead of me – Ha! There’s always opportunities to LUNGE into SERVICE ABOVE SELF!

I grew up in a single parent home with my two sisters. My mom worked all the time to keep food on the table and a roof over our heads. I said to myself: I need to be the man of the house. At the age of 13 I got introduced to meth and a wild rollercoaster began. I was in and out of jail and went to SafeP and IFS – both of which were done while in prison. And then God allowed me to come to Adult and Teen Challenge. I have been able to see my little girl born and see my family every break. God has been moving in my life and doing great works in me and in my
