1. We will begin taking orders starting June 1st, with a minimum deposit of 5,000.00 Dlls.. This deposit is fully refundable until confirmation of purchase. Checks payable to INHOGA GROUP.
2. The deposits will be numbered (from 1 to 43….) on a “1st come 1st serve basis”.
3. The purchase confirmation will be on the Grand Sales Event of July 22nd.. At this event we will present the model homes and the surroundings of the pool area and private park. To confirm you will need to complete at the day of the event 10,000.00 dlls. (that’s another 5,000.00)
4. Once you confirm your purchase, you can chose the site of your home from the layout of the 43 homes, the choosing of the site will be on the same numbered basis.
5.- After your purchase confirmation you will have a 15 day window to choose the purchase preference of the customer. Total Cash Purchase, INHOGA Payment Plan, Bank Financing (USA or Mex.).
6.- The INHOGA payment plan will have a maximum of 10 months of financing without interest cost to complete the total purchase amount for the home.
7.- For the bank financing process, you will need to complete 20% down payment, which can be covered in 6 months, and CrediMex will be in charge, through our sister company, Custom Credit, for obtaining financing for the 80% of the total purchase amount for the home.
8.- All prices are without the closing costs.
9.- All homes will be provided with title insurance by First American Title.
