About this Programme

o The Leh-Ladakh Expedition 2017

is an initiative undertaken by Invincible – The Student run NGO

o Starting from Ahmedabad, it is a 14 Day long road tour,

which covers Jammu, Srinagar, Kargil, Leh & Sonmarg…

o However for those who join from Leh itself, it’s 6 day long exploration…

o In Ladakh region, Pengong Lake, Khardungla Pass, Nubra Valley & Leh Town visit are covered…

o This programme aims to provide exploration to young minds

and is not a leisure tour to drink & smoke…

o Accommodation is provided on 3 sharing basis in hotels &

Travelling is by Train & Tata Winger/Force Travellers on roads…

o All Meals are covered, i.e. Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner (Food during train in not included)

o Volunteers from Invincible NGO will be organizing, managing & executing this road tour

9 Nubra Valley via Khardungla Pass and Night Stay at Nubra

10 Arrival at Leh in morning & Departure for Sonmarg after dinner

11 Reach Sonmarg in Morning, site seeing in Sonmarg, Departure for Jammu

12 Reach Jammu by night, free time

13 Departure for Ahmedabad, Overnight train journey

There are multiple choices available to join this unique expedition:

If one opts for “Leh to Leh” package, he’s to reach to Hotel by 5th day evening of itinerary shown

All dates available on website are for Ahmedabad to Ahmedabad package, the other packages

are as per the itinerary, i.e. Jammu on 2nd Day & Leh on 5th Day

If you are a professional or having few holidays/leaves, you’re advised to take flight for Leh

Covered with lush green natural carpet and crowned with icy

pinncales, it’s indeed Sonmarg…

How to Register?

The registration is done on first come first serve basis by following the below mentioned steps:

Step 1: Online Application

The application can be done online on Invincible NGO’s website:https://invinciblengo.org/events/the-leh-ladakh-trekking-trip-expedition-towards-heaven-back-ladakh-jammu-and-kashmir

Step 2: Fees Payment

The application is confirmed on receipt of fees payment only. There are 2 ways of fees payment:

1. Online Fees Payment by clicking the Pay Online Button on website

2. Pay at Office in Cash or Cheque

If paid through cheque, please ensure it would be an A/C payee cheque in favour of Invincible.

The fees will be accepted only after the online application

If registered online & not paid the fees before the batch gets full, online application will be

automatically cancelled.

Note: If paid online, convenience fees + service tax is applicable. i.e. around 2.3% extra.

Terms & Conditions:

Cancellation Policy

Registration request would be granted by the Camp Manager on receiving cancellation request

through mail, the cancellation charges will be counted on total camp fees only

o Before more than 40 days of departure, 10%

o Before 21 to 40 days of departure, 25%

o Before 11 to 20 days of departure, 40%

o Before 1 to 10 days of departure, 60%

Discipline

Discipline during the camp duration is must and all are expected to follow instructions given by the

Instructor/Guide/Volunteer

Smoking, Alcohol & Drugs are strictly prohibited and can cause immediate cancellation of member

Punctuality is taken as serious matter

Change of Schedule

In case of unforeseen conditions, the schedule/itinerary can be modified/cancelled.

Invincible reserves all rights to cancel/shorten/modify the itinerary, and the final decision is authorised

with the trustee team.

Khardung La

One of the World’s Highest Motorable Road,

The Khardungla Pass is choice of every young rider!

At an elevation of 17,600 feet, this pass is a gateway to

enter Nubra Valley.
