    INVESTING IN TOMORROW

    Hammersmith and Fulham is a borough with big plans

    for the future.

    One of London’s most ambitious regeneration schemes has recently been launched in the borough, covering more than 250 acres. Work started in 2012 to redevelop the Lyric Theatre and the area around it, creating a cultural hub, improved shopping district and luxury residences.

    The next phase will continue to capitalise on Hammersmith’s central location and excellent travel connections.
