The HPO Elopement Package

Can I pay to have more than 50 guests?

Unfortunately, this is not an option. The strict max on the elopement package is 50 guests

(including the wedding couple, wedding party, etc). Children who cannot sit on a lap must

be included in the guest count.

Does the price change if I have less than 50 guests?

No, the price is not dependent upon the number of guests.

Does the price change if I already have a vendor that is provided in the package?

No, the price does not change if you choose to bring in your own vendors.

Can we utilize the dressing suites?

The upstairs suites are not included in the elopement package. You can upgrade to use the

suites for $250 PER SUITE. This also comes with an additional hour to utilize the suites (so

your total event time would be 6 hours).

Can I bring alcohol?

Alcohol is not included in the package. You are able to bring in your own alcohol if you

obtain the 24 hour ABC license. You will need to discuss bartending options with your

chosen caterer. Please note that NO serving ware will be provided for the bar and must be

brought in by the Renter (glasses, napkins, wine openers, etc).

Can I "add on" services with the elopement vendors?

You absolutely can. All of those "add on" items need to be discussed between you and the

vendor separately.

When can I book an elopement?

Friday & Sunday elopements can only be booked 3 months in advance. The HPO does not

host elopements on Saturdays.

Weekday elopements can be booked at any time.

Is this package right for me?The elopement package was designed for the budget conscious couple who wanted a QUICK and

EASY planning process. The package is limited in the options to choose from and, thus, is not for the

couple who wants to design and customize every element.
