    oors, clad with echrete pre-cast concrete panels

    with acid-etched nish. Selected areas at entrances

    to buildings to be clad in natural red sandstone.

    Floors

    Insitu concrete oor slab at ground oor level;

    pre-cast concrete oor slabs at upper levels, with

    screeded oors comprising underoor heating and

    insulation.

    Roos

    Roos to be nished in single-ply roong membrane

    on rigid thermal insulation on supporting deck or

    concrete slab as appropriate.

    Windows

    Composite aluminium external/timber internal

    double-glazed windows throughout and where

    applicable, ull height glazed doors and windows

    to terraces/balconies.

    Balconies

    Steel guard rails with painted nish to balconies

    with toughened glass inll panels. Paved nish

    on all balconies and terraces. Individual gas boiler

    units to be concealed within ull height timber clad

    housings located externally on balconies.

    Internal walls

    200mm pre-cast concrete party walls with 50mm

    wide studwork either side with plasterboard,

    skimmed & painted nish. Internal non-loadbearing

    walls comprising o steel stud partitions with

    plasterboard, skimmed and painted nish.

    Ceilings

    Dry-lined in plasterboard with plaster skim coat

    and painted nish.

    Flooring

    Bathrooms, ensuites and kitchens nished with a

    high quality oor tile to complement the interiors.

    Doors

    Apartment entrance doors in hardwood nish

    stained in a rich and warm red mahogany with 4 no.

    horizontal rebates providing detail. All doors with

    the exception o the bathroom door, are 2.4 metres

    high and are tted with stylised polished & satin

    chrome lever handle with a rose backplate.

    Joinery

    Proled skirtings at 125mm high and 75mm high

    architraves are tted throughout apartments and all

    painted the same natural colour to match internal

    painted doors.

    Wardrobes

    Hinged ivory coloured wardrobe doors with a

    horizontal graduating recess detail in which the sat in

    chrome/brown leather handle is positioned. Dark

    oak interior with chrome hanging rails at various

    heights, tted drawers.

    Hall (Utility) Storage

    Painted hinged doors with polished and satin

    chrome handles. Walls painted, washing machine

    and extraction installed where practical. Storage

    shelving tted.

    Kitchens

    Custom-design quality kitchens with a combination

    o nishes. 1 bed apartment with natural coloured

    units, an engineered quartz stone worktop to

    compliment units. 2 bed apartment with a
