Reception Pricing-May through October

Friday $2,250

Saturday $4,500

Sunday $2,750 (including holiday Sundays)

*A $25,000 pre-tax minimum is required for all Saturday events May-October

Sunday $1,375 (including holiday Sundays)

Pricing includes 5 hour reception (up to 1am), tables and natural wood garden chairs.

Ceremony Pricing

Ceremonies may be held at The Exchange for a fee of $1,000. This cost includes an extra hour

for the ceremony as well as an hour of rehearsal time on a day prior to the ceremony. There is

no additional charge for ceremonies held within the 5 hours of rental time.

Capacity

Our main function space, Exchange Hall, will accommodate up to 170 guests for a seated dinner and

cocktail style reception with dance floor. For guest counts higher than 170, tenting on the pier is

available to accommodate larger parties. Tents are an additional cost.

Catering

East Meets West is the exclusive caterer of The Exchange. Catering costs start at $150 per person

and include all food, staffing, china, flatware, glassware, linen and service equipment necessary

to execute the event. Should Kosher catering be needed, The Exchange has an approved list of Kosher

caterers. Additional costs may apply.

Beverages

The Exchange holds a Massachusetts liquor license. All beverages are arranged by East Meets West with

various options including hosted bar packages and hosted consumption-based services. Cash bars are also

available. Full service bar packages start at $31 per person. Alcohol service is required to end 30 minutes

prior to the event end time. Non-alcoholic beverages are offered until guests depart from the event.

Police Detail

All events with alcohol service are required to have a police detail. The Exchange will make

all arrangements and include the cost of $55 per hour. The police detail allows

guests to enjoy complimentary pier parking for the duration of the event.

Gratuity

Gratuity is not part of the final invoice and is left to the client’s discretion.
