Shruti Jagtap
Ashoka Business school is one of the best colleges of my life. ABS
organises skill developing events such as „vyaktitva‟ which is co-
ordinated by both faculty as well as students.
In ABS, I have learned many things such as planning, co-ordination,
interacting with people. I have learned various aspects of finance.
The faculty has always guided and helped in lot of ways. I have learned
and improved my skills, ability, knowledge over the course of time.
Hello Ashokaites, I was a totally different person before Ashoka
showered me its blessings if wisdom, belief, confidence, faith and
nurtured to give rise of totally new shruti jagtap. The fearful less
confident and shy shruti was left behind in the past not only
academically but it helped me in growing as an international level
sports personality.
The environment of entire new world of Ashoka was pleasingly
beautiful for me with the ever supporting teachers who are helping us to
discover and developed our true talents. They guide us to redefine the
excellence that we have.
I have taken a right decision to do MBA from ABS. Where I get world
class exposure for my-self best learning, self development and best
opportunity are provided by ABS for student.
ABS gave the platform of AEEEP (Ashoka Executive Employability
Enhancement Program) for the students to get the students involve in
Corporate world. And, I had the best opportunity in Jindal Poly Films
Co. as a Purchase Deputy Manager on the job, where, I had the best
experience and work on SAP software & how to negotiate the vendor‟s. And also how to maintain the relationship with the multi-vendor. I am
highly obliged with the company who showered me with their par
experiences allowed me to work actually on the job, networking skills
and how to maintain the relation with vendor.

I think I‟m very fortunate to secure the admission here at Ashoka B-
School for my Master‟s degree in Business Administration. At ABS we not only progress in academics but they give the importance to over
all personality development of the students which is the most important
aspect for your bright career. Here
I learn that your attitude is the key to your success if you have that right
attitude towards life then nothing can stop you from being successful.
And with this all I was able to complete my Summer Internship Project
at GMI, US based company there i got to learn many things about my
specialisation i.e HR and this experience will help me in my upcoming
career. Thanks to Ashoka B-School for everything.
I am studying in MBA 2 nd year and my favourite subject as finance.
The staff and facilities are so helpful for us. It is nothing but they are
shaping the clay and converting into a great craft. The staff members
are experienced and mature in their subjects. The innovation, new idea
always welcome in my business school. My total development and
creativity increased only because I am here as a student.
The present world need a change and something different but as the
same time my business school maintain our culture also and make it
rich. I thanks to all my teachers and members of ABS for giving me
such great atmosphere.
HR OR MARKETING?????? These two words danced 24x7 inside my
brain, leaving me sleepless and most of the time leaving a sense of
silence for days. After all if was a second life changing decision for
me. Offcourse, first was to take admission in ABS. ABS! When this
word comes across my mind It makes me think of how it changed me
from a totally introvert person to a completely extrovert person. May it
be any field; stage fear, client handling, customer interaction,
convincing people and the list goes on.
Marketing! Is what I chose by heart and with lot of brain storming and
lot and lots of guidance from various faculty members, with excellent
and observant suggestions.
I feel lucky that I discovered the REAL ME in ABS.
