The Cherry Houses at Monterubbiano are a conversion of a splendid, Marche - style Country house. Split into three comfortable and private homes with a shared pool and landscaped gardens. The Cherry house Condo will be fully managed and guaranteed by Ulissi & C srl. Based on our own experience in the holiday homes market over the last seven years and thanks to the particular characteristics of this building, we have designed this country-house Condo into three confortable apartments to guarantee each owner:

Ulissi & C srl offers its clients a complete, all included service at our cost for 3 to 4 weeks in the rental period of Easter to September. Ulissi & C srl also offers to its Condo clients holiday-home services thanks to established partnerships with leading European rental agencies. From our own experience of the rental markets of incoming northern European tourists to le Marche we would say that the rental market runs from Easter to October with occupancy of equal to at least 60% (15 weeks) starting from the second year of rentals.
