The COMEX (Commodity Exchange Inc., New York) daily spot settlement prices prior are at 10:25 AM (silver)and 10:30 AM (gold), respectively. All Pacific Times. The NYMEX (New York Mercantile Exchange) daily platinum prices are the settlement prices at 10:05 AM forthe nearest contract delivery month. NYMEX platinum contracts are only offered for January, April, July andOctober delivery. As such, NYMEX prices during other months do not reflect a spot price. THE AVAILABIL ITY OF LEVERAGE

With an Atlas Account you can borrow funds against theprecious metals you own at any time for any reason. If youwish to borrow funds to pay for your purchase you canobtain financing for any amount up to 75% of the purchaseprice, giving you as much as four-to-one investment leverage.With an Atlas Account you have the flexibility to increaseand decrease your loan amount at any time without addi-tional fees.

To see the impact of using leverage, you can use the AtlasSimulator which automatically calculates the results of ahypothetical purchase at current Monex prices using any percentage of financing and holding duration you select. TheAtlas Simulator is available on the internet for free access atany time using as many hypothetical “WHAT/IF” selectionsas you like. Ask your Account Representative for instructionsto access the Atlas Simulator and for any guidance you maywant on its use.

*The use of financing is for the precious metals investorwho wants to multiply the effect of the dollars invested andwho understands the risks and benefits of leveraged invest-ments and that losses as well as gains are amplified relativeto the amount invested.

• YOU ALWAYS GET PHYSICAL TITLE TO YOURMETALS: When your precious metals are delivered to adepository for storage on your behalf, the depository willpromptly send you a Commodity Title Transfer Notice. The depository custodian will maintain the safekeeping of your precious metals until youdecide to sell them or take personal possession.

• ONLY CHARTERED BANKS & FEDERALLYAPPROVED DEPOSITORIES: Only state and federallychartered banks and federally approved depositories are usedfor safekeeping your metals. Your metals are your sole assetsand not those of the bank or depository where they arestored. Monex does not have any ownership interest in anyof the banks and depositories used for safekeeping of itscustomers’ metals.

• YOU ALWAYS KNOW THE STORAGE STATUS OFYOUR METALS: In addition to the Commodity TitleTransfer Notice as described above, you can obtain verifica-tion directly from the depository custodian of your currenttotal precious metal holdings in storage at any time.

• THE ATLAS ACCOUNT IS NOT A POOL ORFUND ACCOUNT: The Monex Atlas account is not apool or fund account, where an undefined quantity of physi-cal precious metals is managed for the benefit of shared inter-est holders. In the Monex Atlas depository storage, everyounce of metal purchased by every customer is physicallydelivered, stored, and legally titled to each customer by name- ounce for ounce.

• YOU ARE THE SOLE DECISION MAKER: In aMonex Atlas account, you are the sole owner of your metalsand the sole decision maker on when to buy and sell them.At Monex there are no managed accounts.

• YOU CAN BORROW FUNDS TO PURCHASEYOUR METALS: You can borrow up to 75% of the purchase price of your metals from Monex Credit Company,a licensed California Financial Lender. You will get full legalownership and physical title to all the metals you purchase,regardless of whether you borrowed funds to purchase them.

• ATTRACTIVE INTEREST RATES: If you borrowfunds from Monex Credit Company (MCC) to purchaseprecious metals, the rate of interest on your loan is variable.The interest rates per annum during the past 10 years haveaveraged about 2½% above the national bank prime interestrates. When borrowing from MCC there are no initiatingfees, minimum loan amounts, minimum loan time periods,or loan points, and you may pay off your loan at any time,without penalty.

• TAKING PERSONAL POSSESSION OF YOURSTORED METALS: If at any time you wish to take personalpossession of your stored precious metals, you can either havethem shipped to your home or made available for pickup,provided, of course, you have no existing loans against them.

• YOU CAN SELECT A PRICE TO BUY AND SELL:You can place a “Limit Order” which allows you to automati-cally buy or sell precious metals at anytime the Monex pricereaches the price you select. Limit Orders are in effect for 30days, but you can cancel or change them at anytime. For exam-ple, if you believe a lower market price is likely to occur, youcan simply place a limit order to purchase only if your selectedlower price is reached. If your selected price is reached, youwill be notified by your Account Representative or by e-mail.There are no additional charges for placing Limit Orders.

• EASY TO SELL YOUR STORED METALS: You cansell your stored metals any time the Monex trade desk isopen. However, you are not limited to selling your storedmetals only to Monex. If you wish to sell your metals toanother person or dealer, Monex will help you make thedelivery arrangements.

• ATTRACTIVE SERVICE/STORAGE FEES: Whenyour metals are designated for storage at a depository, themonthly service fee is 30 cents per ounce for gold, platinum,and palladium and less than 1 cent per ounce for silver.

MONEX GETS YOUR PAYMENT AFTER YOU GET DELIVERY:

When you make a purchase from Monex, you can wire yourpayment directly to a bank and have your payment held in abank escrow account in your name until you get delivery ofyour metals. The bank will release your payment to Monexonly after you receive title to your metals. If you wish to usethis service, simply notify your Monex Account Representativeof your wishes at the time you place your order, then wireyour payment directly to the bank, along with the escrowinstructions your Account Representative provides you. Thebank charge for this service is $30 per deposit, irrespective ofthe amount of your deposit.

This escrow service is available for all purchases, whether fordelivery to your home or for pick up or delivery to a deposi-tory for storage on your behalf.

MONEX SPOT PRICES :

Minute to minute, day after day, year in and year out, Monexspot prices historically track prices on world major exchangesalmost perfectly. Monex spot prices change many times dur-ing the course of a day (several hundred times on a volatileday), approximating changes as they occur on the New YorkCOMEX and NYMEX commodity exchanges. How to make an Atlas Account purchase

ESTABLISH INVESTMENT GOALS

Once you have concluded that the Atlas Account can helpserve your precious metal investment goals, the rest is easy.First, decide whether you want to buy precious metals outrightor on credit, and the amount you want to invest. Second,decide which metal or metals and their forms you believe willbest serve your goals. Your Account Representative is availableto help you.

PLACING AN ORDER

When you’ve selected the appropriate time to buy, simply call your Account Representative and place the order. YourAccount Representative will verbally confirm and tape recordyour order while you are on the phone. MDC will mail a written confirmation to you the next business day, or email aconfirmation detailing the transaction. You must mail or wirefunds to MDC within 24 hours from the time of acceptanceof your verbal order, and funds must be received no later thanthree business days following the order. On a non-financed pur-chase, you can have your metals shipped to you or made avail-able for pickup at one of our pickup vault facilities. You mayalso have your metals stored for you at an independent deposi-tory. For credit purchases your metal will be delivered, free ofcharge, to an independent depository. The depository will sendyou a Commodity Title Transfer Notice confirming receipt ofyour metals and that they will retain custody of them on yourbehalf until you either sell them or take personal possession.

KEEPING TRACK OF THE STATUS OF YOUR TRANSACTIONS

With Monex, you can gain secured internet access to the current status of your Atlas account at any time. The itemizedmarket value of your metals and equity are updated to currentprices every 30 minutes. You can also view and print recentand past monthly statements as well as purchase and sell confirmations. Additionally, a monthly statement will bemailed or emailed to you detailing your purchases and sales,your account year-to-date status, your account equity and anycharges or credits to your account. The secured internet accessto your account, the mailed monthly statements, trade confir-mations and title transfer notices will help you keep track ofyour transactions.
