For the past four years, in partnership with the Key West Business Guild, Stoli has hosted the world’s largest LGBT bartender competition, inviting the
most creative and inventive bartenders to compete for charity during Pride Week in Key West and bring further awareness to the history and diversity of the
LGBT community.
Each competing bartender is tasked to create a signature cocktail that honors the unique legacy of
LGBT bartenders within history and the role gay bars have played in the movement towards equality as
original community centers and safe spaces.

1.5 oz Stoli Premium
1/2 oz turmeric infused blanc vermouth*
1/2 oz lime juice
3/4 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
Cucumber chunks for muddling
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and muddle cucumber chunks. Add ice to cocktail
shaker and shake vigorously. Serve over fresh ice in a rocks glass with a cucumber flag garnish.
*Tumeric infused blanc vermouth recipe - Add 4.5 tbsp turmeric into the 750 ml bottle of blanc
vermouth and infuse by shaking.

3 oz Stoli Blueberi
1/2 oz Satsuma Bayou Rum
1.5 oz Grape Pucker
1/2 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz cranberry juice cocktail
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake vigorously. Strain up into a sugar rimmed martini glass and
garnish with an orange twist.
*To rim glass, place sugar on a plate. Rim edge of rocks glass with lemon juice and
dip into sugar.

1 oz Stoli Gluten Free
2 oz Satsuma Bayou Rum
1/4 oz passionfruit vinegar shrub
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake vigorously. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass with rosemary sprigs as a garnish.
Alternatively, strain into a ice filled rocks glass and place into a carved watermelon sunken
ship, with rosemary sprigs as seaweed, scattered golden coins as garnish.

2 oz Stoli Citros
1 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz of simple syrup
1 fresh passionfruit
Top with club soda
Combine all ingredients except club soda in a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake vigorously.
Strain into a brown sugar rimmed* rocks glass with fresh ice and top with club soda. Garnish
with an orange peel.
*To rim glass, place brown sugar on a plate. Rim edge of rocks glass with lemon juice and dip
into brown sugar.

1 oz. Stoli Peachik
1/2 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz heavy whipping cream
2 oz peach puree
3 oz orange juice
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake vigorously. Strain up into a Martini glass rimmed
with cinnamon graham cracker sugar rim*.
*To make cinnamon graham cracker sugar rim, grind up 1 graham cracker, add 2 oz cinnamon and 2 oz sugar and mix all together. Place mixture on a plate. Rim Martini glass with honey then dip the glass into the cinnamon
graham cracker sugar mixture.

2 oz Stoli Blueberi
1 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
1oz simple syrup
2 oz Kevita pomegranate juice
1/2 oz blue curacao
Frozen blueberries on top with a lemon twist. Violet colored edible glitter sugar rim
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake vigorously. Strain over fresh ice in a Collins or highball glass rimmed with violet edible glitter sugar * and garnish with
frozen blueberries and a lemon twist.
*To make edible sugar rim, mix 2 oz violet edible glitter (such as Pearl Dust Edible Glitter) and 2 oz sugar. Place mixture on a
plate. Rim Martini glass with lemon juice then dip the glass into the violet edible glitter sugar mixture.

1 oz Dole Pineapple Juice
1 oz Goya Guava Nectar
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake vigorously. Strain over fresh
ice in a Collins or highball glass with a pineapple wedge garnish.

3/4 oz Stoli Peachik
3/4 oz Stoli Razberi
1/2 oz triple sec
1 oz orange juice
2oz pineapple juice
Splash of sweet lime juice
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake vigorously.
Strain up into a Martini glass.

3/4 oz lemon juice3/4 oz simple syrup
7 mint leaves1/2 oz teaspoon matcha powder
Top with club soda.
Combine all ingredients except club soda in a cocktail shaker and lightly muddle mint leaves. Add
ice to cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Fine strain into an ice filled mason jar, Collins or highball glass. Top with soda and garnish with a mint sprig.

1/2 oz Stoli Citros
1/2 oz Cointreau
1/2 oz simple syrup
1/4 oz lemon juice
1/4 oz of "special color changing dye"*
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake vigorously. Strain up into a Martini glass.
*To make the special color changing dye, boil water and add red cabbage until desired color is achieved. Add 1 tbsp of
baking soda to neutralize the PH. Let cool for use and store in refrigeration.

1/2 oz Sour Mix
6 dashes rhubarb bitters
Top with ginger beer
Dash of grenadine
Combine all ingredients except ginger beer and grenadine in a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake vigorously. Strain into an ice filled Collins
or highball glass and add remaining ingredients. Garnish with a strawberry,
pineapple and banana skewer.

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake vigorously. Strain into an
ice filled highball glass.

1 tsp blueberry preserves
1 tsp raspberry preserves
Splash of sour mix
Top with ginger beer
Combine all ingredients except ginger beer in a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake vigorously.
Strain into an ice filled Collins or highball glass and top with ginger beer.

1/2 oz egg white
3/4 oz Banana Shrub
Top with white tea
Combine all ingredients except white tea in a cocktail shaker without ice and dry shake vigorously. Fill shaker
with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a tricolor sugar rimmed* rocks glass, fill with ice and top with white tea. Garnish with a banana unicorn dolphin.
*To rim glass, place tricolor sugar (such as Wilton Sprinkles) on a plate. Rim edge of rocks glass with
lemon juice and dip into tricolor sugar.

1/2 oz Mango Puree
1/2 oz Triple Sec
1/2 oz float of brut Champagne or dry sparkling wine
Combine all ingredients except Champagne in a cocktail shaker, add ice
and shake vigorously. Strain into a Martini or coupe glass, top with the
Champagne, and garnish with a lemon twist.

1 oz Stoli Gluten Free
1 oz Strawberry-Pink Peppercorn liqueur
1/2 oz Lime Maple syrup
1/4 oz Pineapple & Balsamic Shrub
2 dashes Habanero tincture
Muddled fresh strawberries,
Topped with vanilla-white pepper meringue*
Combine all ingredients except meringue in a cocktail shaker and lightly muddle the strawberries. Add ice to cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Fine strain into an
ice Martini glass. Top with vanilla-white pepper merengue.
*To make the meringue, combine 4 egg whites, 1 ozsimple syrup, 1/4 oz lemon juice, 1 tsp of vanilla, 1/2 tsp ground white pepper and beat with a mixer until
stiff peaks.

1.5 oz Stoli Peachik
1/2 oz grapefruit juice
1/4 lemon juice
1/4 agave syrup
5-8 mint leaves
Top with 1/2 oz Bayou Spiced Rum
Top with 4 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
Combine all ingredients except Bayou Spiced Rum and Peychaud’s Bitters in a cocktail shaker and lightly muddle mint leaves. Add ice to cocktail
shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a coupe glass. Top with Bayou Spiced Rum and bitters.
Garnish with one mint leaf.
