Cocktail Recipe: Summer Breeze
A step-by-step guide on how to make this refreshing
summer cocktail.
Ingredients & Tools• 1 ½ oz. Beefeater Gin• ½ oz. Agave Nectar• 3 Cucumber Slices• 4 Mint Leaves• 4 Small Pieces of Melon• Champagne• Ice• 16 oz. Glass• Shaker Tin• Snifter Glass
Fill your 16 oz. glass with ice and add the Beefeater.
Add the Agave Nectar to the glass filled with ice.
Add the melon. We used Honeydew but any melon will do.
Tear 2 slices of cucumber and add to the glass.
Rip the mint leaves and add to the glass.
Top the glass with your tin and shake vigorously!
Strain into a snifter glass filled with ice.
Add the remaining cucumber slice to the snifter.
Top it off with champagne or any sparkling wine…
And enjoy!
