Scope of Work Dart Digital's scope of work encompasses all facets of digital marketing and graphic design. Our product basket has four main product clusters starting with those products that are paid for annually such as domain hosting and renewal.

In terms of hosting, we will register domain names and provide e-mail addresses for our clients. There are four packages to choose from.

Secondly, we have products that are considered monthly products such as search engine and social media optimization, monthly hosting packages and paid-for online advertising.

There are once-off packages too whereby we build the customer a fully responsive website. This can be billed as a once-off amount along with all of the relevant set-up costs if we are to manage campaigns on the client's behalf or we can offer affordable re-payment terms.

Lastly, we have monthly Service Level Agreements (SL A's) in place for clients that would like to take a holistic approach to their digital marketing efforts. The client receives the benefit of acquiring our range of expertise for a period of twelve months.

The SLA may extend to a client's IT support and networking requirements too. Through our fulfilment partner, the client can bundle all of their products and services into one affordable monthly amount. Taking an SLA package with us is equivalent to having a graphic designer, web developer and internet marketer on staff without any of the associated costs and headaches.

Our job requires us to stay abreast of industry trends and communicate any proposed action-plan changes to the clients in a timeous manner. There is ongoing research and development taking place within the organisation.
