    TERMS AND CONDITIONSCHINA 2012 PROFESSIONAL SPEAKER SHOWCASE AND EXPEDITION

    Speaker s Responsibilities 1) I the speaker understand that it is my responsibility to obtain a valid passport, and tourist visa prior to the departure dates. Please

    contact [email protected] if you need assistance in this matter. It is recommended that you apply at least 90 days prior to thedeparture date; (January 30 th 2012) to ensure a hassle free application process.

    2) I the speaker understands that I am responsible for my own roundtrip airfare from my home to China and that if I book through J IAS Dream Tours, the transfer to and from airport/hotel will be included in the price if I leave with the group from either LAX or NY on thedates specified by Jias Dream Tours.

    3) I agree to provide a professional presentation of no more than twenty minutes four times during the 2012 China Speaker Showcase forbetween 50-75 Business Meeting Planners and Executives.

    4) If for any reason I am unable to attend any of the showcases during the expedition, I will notify Speakers Live, Inc.5) I agree to be in the meeting room at least twenty minutes prior to the start of the showcase and to leave only after the completion of the

    entire showcase. Since, the Chinese believe it is rude to interact with a speaker/teacher during a presentation; they will be given cards totake notes and jot down their questions for the speakers. We strongly encourage you to stay and network with the business meetingplanners and HR executives immediately after the showcase.

    6) I agree to accept my place within the order of speakers and to rep ort backstage 1 5 minutes prior to my assigned time for microphonecheck and other details.

    7) I agree to allow Speakers Live to video record my presentation, and at Speakers Live discretion use the video recording for p romotionalpurposes.

    8) I understand that I will have the opportunity to purchase my recordings at a nominal fee if I decide to do so, but I am not under anyobligation to do so.

    9) I agree that if I go over 20 minutes, I will be fined $500 USD per minute for any fraction of a minute over twenty-one minutes. You aregiven a one minute grace period.

    10) I agree to present information as outlined in the speaker application/registration and will adhere to avoiding any comments that may beinterpreted as religious or political in nature.

    11) I agree to make payment as indicated below.

PAYMENT: Can be made in two installments.

    Speakers Live & Faught & Associates Responsibilities:

    1) Speakers Live and Faught & Associates agree to coordinate all aspects of the China 2012 Professional Speaker Showcase and Expedition.2) Speakers Live and Faught & Associates will provide a facility with screen, sound system, microphones, and seating for 50 to 75 meeting

    planners and HR executives per showcase event (total of 200 to 300 people).3) Speakers Live and Faught & Associates will work with Jia Thompson, Select Chinese Guilds, MICE Groups (Meetings, Incentive Travels,

    Conference & Exhibit Planners of China.4) Our Chinese ground operators will publicize this exclusive event to HR decision makers in both Chinese and International Companies who

    host conventions and who bring consultants in for speaking, consulting and training.5) Speakers Live will market speakers prior to the Showcase to a variety of private organizations.6) Speakers will be invited to one webinar to prepare you for the Showcase prior to the departure date.7) Speakers Live will initiate Skype calls with key decision makers/publicity agencies and other groups prior to the arrival of the China 2012

    Speakers Live Professional Showcase/Expedition to create excitement and anticipation of the event.8) Speakers Live and Faught & Associates will make every effort to ensure that the appropriate decision makers are in attendance of the

    Showcase/Expedition. However, we do not guarantee that you will be booked.9) The China 2012 Speakers Live Professional Showcase/Expedition will be promoted in addition using a wide range of social media tools,

    such as Twitter, Skype and YouTube. Speakers will be putting snippets of their presentations on YouTube and these will be packagedand sent electronically to appropriate decision makers BEFORE our speakers arrive in China.

    10) Speakers Live will provide you with a complete list of all the meeting planner, HR and Executive attendees.

    JIAs Dream Tours Responsibilities include the following (see itinerary for further details):
