The Flashing Product Range

As part of our on-going commitment to develop integrated

solutions for the construction industry, Tegral Metal Forming

offers a comprehensive array of metal flashings.

The selection of flashings at Tegral is divided into four different

product categories:

Roofing and Cladding Flashings

Structural Flashings

Metal Design Flashings

Pressed Profile Flashings

Products are manufactured to the highest

standards at our manufacturing plant in Athy, Co

Kildare and meet the stringent requirements of

quality assurance systems to ISO 9002.

The Flashings Team

Tegral Metal Forming has a dedicated Flashings

team that includes two manufacturing

technicians, a design engineer and a customer

service professional. The sales Team liaises

closely with the Flashing Team and serves as

the conduit between the customer and the

order. Each member of the Flashings team has

extensive product knowledge and is available to

provide information and support to help you with

your project.

Prompt Deliveries

Once an order is placed at our manufacturing plant, our aim is

to create the product as quickly and carefully as possible.

Under certain conditions Tegral Metal Forming is proud to offer

24 hour turnaround service* on standard orders. However,

when Flashings are part of a larger order, the Flashings team

ensures that both orders are completed and delivered at the

same time.

* Note: Restrictions apply such as pick up location etc and

service depends on pricing, volume and time ordered. Please

ask your customer service representative for more details.

Standard Range and Custom Flashings

Tegral Metal Forming offers and extensive range of standard

flashings. These are available in standard materials, colours,

gauges and girths. Please refer to the individual flashings

products in the brochure to determine the stand specification.

In addition to our standard range we also offer a custom-

manufacturing facility which was developed with maximum

flexibility in mind. Please refer to the Custom Flashings section

of this brochure for further information.

For your convenience, we have also produced a selection of

order forms to make ordering your flashing as simple ad

straightforward as possible. Please use these order forms to

ensure your order is processed as effectively and as accurately

as possible.

Standard Selection & Custom Orders

Tegral Metal Forming offers an extentensive range of standard

flashings. In addition to standard designs, it is important to

note that some flashing products are available in a range of

different shapes and styles, i.e. for example, curved or tapered.

Tegral Metal Forming also fulfils custom orders. While certain

limitations may apply, the Flashings Team will work with you

to create a tailored- made product that is suitable for your

needs. To facilitate custom order requests, Tegral Metal

Forming has developed a Design Your Own Flashing order

form where you can illustrate your requirements simply and

efficiently.

Custom Flashings

When it comes to manufacturing customised flashings, the design engineers and technicians at Tegral Metal Forming have the experience,

expertise to produce superior quality one-of-a kind products. These include curved flashings, mitred corners, gutter corners and louvres.

Each of these products can be made to your specification in a wide range of girths, gauges and in an array of colours. Additionally, customer

orders can be finished with welted ends on request.
