Molecularly Altered White Chocolate Martini w/ Godiva Pearls

Ingredients

4 g Sodium Alginate

5 g Calcium Lactate

Water

1/3 C Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur

Vodka

Vanilla Vodka

White Crème de Cacao Directions For the Pearl Garnish 1. In a pan, dissolve the sodium alginate in 1 & 1/4 C of

water w/ a hand blender and bring to a bowl. Set aside for 10 minutes

2. Mix 1/3 C of this sodium alginate syrup w/ 1/3 C of Godiva white chocolate liqueur

3. Make the calcium bath. In another bowl, dissolve the calcium lactate in 4 C of water, stirring with a spoon.

4. Using a demitasse spoon, drop the syrup mix into the calcium bath

5. Pick up the "Godiva Pearls" w/ a slotted spoon and drop into the martini for garnish

For the Martini In a shaker cup, over ice, mix 1 oz. of Vodka, 2 oz. Vanilla Vodka, and 1 oz. White Crème de Cacao. Shake well and strain into a glass. Garnish with pearls. Notes: Godiva syrup and the calcium bath can be made ahead.

Orange Coconut Snowball Ingredients

2 parts Pinnacle Vodka

2 parts Cruzan Aged Light Rum

2 parts Cream of Coconut

1/4 part Blue Curacao

2 parts Orange Juice with Pineapple Directions Garnish the rim of the glass with honey and shredded coco-nut.

Cucumber Blossom Ingredients

2 oz Crop Organic Cucumber Vodka

1/2 oz Elderflower Liqueur

Splash of Agave Nectar

Cucumber Directions 1. Muddle cucumber and Agave with small amount of ice

Add more ice Add Crop Vodka and Elderflower liq. 2. Shake until chilled 3. Strain into glass 4. Garnish with cucumber slice

2 oz Ginger Vodka

1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

½ oz Maple Syrup Directions Shake with ice, strain and serve

Folsomopolitan Ingredients

2 oz Vodka

1 oz Triple Sec

1 oz Fresh Lime Juice

1 oz Cranberry Juice Directions Shake vigorously over cracked ice. Rest. Shake again. Strain and serve immediately in a martini glass with a lime garnish.
