Definition
• Team building" (or "'teambuilding'")
refers to the process of establishing and
developing a greater sense of teamwork
(collaboration and trust between team
members). Interactive exercises, team
assessments, and group discussions
enable groups to cultivate this greater
sense of teamwork.
