IMPORTANT DATES
Once the students’ nominationshave been processed, theInternational Mobility Office willsend all nominated exchangestudents’ credentials to access ouronline application procedure.
Students will choose their coursesduring this step.
APPL ICAT ION PROCEDURE
The registration of nominated students isdone through an online registrationprocedure and is initiated by the InternationalOffice of our Partner Universities.
NOMINAT ION PROCEDURE
Students will receive an orientation date andagenda. TBS advises that all students join usfor orientation and register on-campusactivities. Participation to theseintegration activities will allow students toconstruct their international studentnetwork!
ORIENTAT ION & ARR IVAL
In August, students will be asked to confirmtheir online enrollment. They will upload aphoto of themselves for their TBS student card.The International Office will also organizewebinars with our partners to ensure a smoothtransition to their new life abroad.

Important Steps to Remember
Study Abroad
Online application done by the student.After the closing and validation of thenominations, all nominated exchange studentswill receive a login/password and the procedureto access the online application process.After the closing of the registration period,exchange students will be able to download theirletter of Admission from TBS intranet, with theiracademic contacts in the allocated campus,provided their file is complete. No lateapplication will be accepted.The course registration will also be done duringthe application process.
Latest grade transcriptA language proficiency certificate (English orFrench) for non-native speakers onlyCopy of their passport (ID section).
Nomination of Exchange Students:Partner Universities will officially nominate theirstudents participating in the exchange program withTBS using our online nomination procedure. Anindividual email will be sent to the persondesignated to officially nominate the exchangestudents with further information on how to accessthe online nomination system and with requestedinformation (First Name / Family Name / Gender /Current valid E-mail Address / Date of Birth /Nationality / Type of program, specific semester ofstudy / TBS campus).
Application Process for Exchange Students:Once the students’ nominations have beenprocessed, the International Mobility Office will sendall nominated exchange students’ credentials toaccess our online application procedure.

Students are welcome to study in both the fall andspring semester
It is possible to follow classes either in French orEnglish
We recommend a B2 level in English (for the Englishtrack) or a B2/C1 in French (for the French track).
Students need to validate a minimum of 30 ECTScredit per semester.
All information on BachelorExchange opportunities can befound online.
Places on the Barcelona campusare limited. Exchanges to theCasablanca campus are onlyoffered in Spring.

TBS provides practical assistance tointernational students who are joiningour programs, both on a full-time basisand during exchange programs. We aimto make all our students’ time at TBS aspleasant as possible so they can makethe most of their stay.
Upon their acceptance to TBS,International Students will have accessto a secure, internal portal to assistthem with their move and integration toFrance, Spain or Casablanca. Detailedinformation will be sent to studentsafter their acceptance

During the period of 10 June – 23 July students havethe choice to visit one TBS campus and take summercourses or tailor the program to benefit from a multi-city experience: two possibilities Toulouse-BarcelonaOR Toulouse- Ljubljana.

All courses are ECTS bearing and can be transferred tothe student’s home university.

Dual Degree students: the passing grade is 8/20 for each course, but the average grade on theMaster 2 year is 10/20 minimum. Dual Degree students will be required to validate a TOEIC of 850 tobe awarded the TBS Master in Management Degree.
Students will be able to download their Grade transcripts on TBS intranet – C@mpus- between 5 or6 weeks after the end of each semester. Transcripts will have to be sent by the students to theirhome University. Certified copy of transcript sent only upon request from home universities
