This track is for those brilliant non-HR leader-professionals who are heads of departments who lead mission-critical business or management functions and change-projects, or who have Talent Management embedded strongly in their leadership responsibilities. We have split the books into six modules: the agship text, Talent Management – The TMI Handbook for Practitioners is composed of four modules, while each of the two remaining books are treated as single modules. All participants have to take the TMI-Wharton Stage 2 Exam during the MasterClass as a requirement of completion of the Global Fellow program. This stage is about developing a leadership skill – creating boardroom
impact. Becoming a high-impact HR leader means having the ability to win
boardroom and top-management influence as well as acceptance of new
ideas that demand change. Business cases are the most powerful tools for
executives to create top-level acceptance. In Stage 4, participants focus on
learning the techniques of writing formal business cases. This skill is
paramount for a leader's ability to win approval for their strategies, plans,

This stage brings participants back to Wharton for the residential MasterClass 2, conducted by Wharton faculty covering nine learning themes and a career management workshop.
Please note, participants are given exclusive access rights to sessions and learning material by Wharton professors through private logins. These online modules were selected for the program after an extensive evaluation of their utility in HR and Talent Management careers. The payment process begins only alter an applicant has been selected tor the program. Associate Fellow program alumni-applicants will have an option to upgrade, and GTML™ certified professionals will directly pre-qualify for the Global Fellow Program under the Alumni Privileges facility, assuming they meet program candidacy norms. All Global Fellow applications are managed and evaluated by a special TMI-Wharton program management team, and the admission decisions made by the admission committee are final. Acceptance, selection, and admission decisions are not based on applicants' race, color, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, age, national or ethnic political beliefs, veteran status, disability.
Applicants who qualify for admission receive an assigned WhartonTMI login to complete the admission-offer acceptance and fee-payment process. Once the fee is paid, applicants become participants of the Global Fellow program, and they are advised on the logistics of the program.

ADMISSION PROCESS
PRE-QUALIFICATION & QUALIFICATION NORMS
TMI-WHARTON ALUMNI PRIVILEGES PROGRAM
Applications for the Global Fellow Program (GFP) can be made anytime throughout the year. Applicants qualifying for final admission are advised to complete all admission formalities as soon as they are accepted into the program, in order to join the program cohort closest to the application date. Applicants who have completed their admission formalities, but are somehow unable to join a particular program cohort, will be automatically offered a slot in the next program cohort. Immediate completion of admission formalities upon receipt of the admission offer protects applicants from future fee- raises and confirms their slot in the GFP cohort of their choice.
SELECTION PROCESSSelection for admission into the TWI-Wharton Global Fellow Program involves assessment of applications in two sequential stages. Candidacy Verification the first stage in which applicants' education and work backgrounds are verified against the prescribed Global Fellow candidacy norms. Only applicants meeting these candidacy norms are considered for the Profile Evaluation Stage. Applicants passing this stage are offered admission into the GFP program and sent an email with further instructions on completing admission formalities. Applicants who have successfully completed the TMI-Wharton Associate Fellow program earn a direct technical qualification for admission into the Global Fellow program under the TMI-Wharton Upgrade Facility, though the final admission decisions will entirely be vested at the discretion of the TMI-Wharton Admission Committee.
1. Applicants who pre-qualify under upgrade or equivalence facilities are exempt from the Candidacy Verification stage and move directly to the Profile Evaluation stage.2. Applicants who have earned a direct qualification under any upgrade or equivalence facilities can be directly considered for admissions as their profiles have already been assessed as admission-worthy.
Under the TMI-Wharton Alumni Privileges program, executives and leaders who have successfully completed the TMI-Wharton Associate Fellow Program or those who are GTML™ by TMI, enjoy special privileges in the TMI-Wharton Global Fellow program. Applicants who are TMI-Wharton Associate Fellows qualify for direct admissions in the Global program. GTML™ certified applicants, pre-qualify straight into the Profile Evaluation Stage of the admission process for the Global Fellow program, skipping the candidacy approval stage.
Please note, individuals completing both, the Global Fellow and Associate Fellow programs successfully are permitted to retain only the Global Fellow designation/ qualification, and the Associate Fellow designation will automatically expire for such participants.

FEE INFORMATIONFEE INFORMATION
Program fee is USD $23,250, payable through credit/ debit cards or electronic bank transfer. The myPayments tab on the applicant’s myTMI-Wharton dashboard carries detailed information. Wharton alumni and applicants with full-time academic or research positions in recognized institutions get a 10% fee discount.
Applicants who have completed the Associate Fellow program pay only the difference between the Global Fellow program fee and the Associate Fellow fee already paid. Alumni Privileges policy is also applicable for GTML™ certified applicants, and they should check out this privilege fee offer by emailing us at [email protected].
This fee includes: Program application & tuition fees, cost (including shipping) of all learning resources (printed/digital), accommodation and meals at Wharton during the two residential MasterClasses, and all applicable international taxes.
This fee does not cover: air travel to and from Wharton, airport transfer, incidentals, out-of-pocket expenses and travel and health insurance.
If you receive an offer of admission, you will be required to complete the formalities by a prescribed deadline, beyond which, an unaccepted admission offer shall automatically expire. You can accept the admission offer and complete other formalities online by logging into your myTMI-Wharton dashboard as explained in the instructions sent via email. Program fee of USD $23,250 must be paid at the time offer-acceptance. The fee includes a non-refundable admission deposit of USD $1,250, to secure your place in the program. The balance fee, if not paid in full, is billed immediately after you accept the admission offer. It must be paid by the prescribed deadline to complete admission formalities.
Participants forced to drop out in a particular cohort can request for a deferment to the next cohort. This deferment will permit them to resume the program in any of the future cohort, exactly from the stage where they paused in the last cohort.
Currently, the fee can only be paid in U.S. dollars. Cryptocurrencies are not accepted. Payment for company-sponsored participants can be done via electronic checks or wire transfers. For details, an email can be written to [email protected]
VOLUNTARY WITHDRAWAL OF APPLICATION/ CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION3. Partial refund of 30% of the program fee paid will be
made if withdrawal or cancellation requests arereceived within six weeks of the Start date of theprogram. Hence, if the Start Date of the program isJuly 31, 2019, withdrawal requests made on June 21,or later will qualify only for 30% refund.
1. All refunds will be made into the accounts from whichpayment was made.
2. Full refund of the fee paid will be made after deductingUSD $950, if participants make written requests forwithdrawal from program or for cancellation of theirprogram registration six weeks, or more, prior to the StartDate of the program. Hence, if the Start Date of theprogram is July 31, 2019, withdrawal requests made onlyuntil June 20, or earlier will qualify for refund under thisrule.
