The National Talent Development Team MoF • Create and deliver sessions for the regional conferences in AIESEC in Colombia
according to the MC allocation of sessions, as well as giving feedback to agenda and sessions being designed.
• To generate the evaluation for each conference in the conference cycle.
• Coaching and advising LCs about local conferences (LIM’s, issue based conferences).
• Supporting the MC by selecting and training trainers & conference facilitators.
• Developing tools and supporting trainings according to the needs and requirements of the National education cycle in AIESEC in Colombia.
• Manage the National Resource center.
• Develop Trainings for the NST team of AIESEC in Colombia.
• Identify the education needs of AIESEC in Colombia before each conference.
• Execute the National Virtual Education Cycle.
• Tracking of the Local Leadership Development Program.

Physical Training Products
LIM-LTM Agenda Management The NTDT will design the agenda and support the construction of the sessions, based on LC needs and MC inputs. Also, an NTDT member will be facilitating in the conference.

Benefits: Assuring the quality of the sessions and alignment with the national development trends.

Local Training the Trainers The NTDT will design the agenda and deliver the sessions, based on LC needs and MC inputs. The event is focused on soft skills training and practical experience in facilitating.
Execution time: 2.5 weeks before the conference date.

Benefits: Generation of a space for trainers development at LC level. Creation of the local Pool of Trainers.

Application Process
How to apply to an NTDT product To apply to one of these Talent Development products, please follow the instructions for this application process.
Send a one page application answering the following questions:
• Why do you think your LC needs this training/event?
• What are your expectations towards the NTDT for this training/event?
• Possible date and place for the training/event (based on the execution time).
• Additional logistical information (only if needed).
The application must be sent to [email protected] and the NTDT will answer within a period of 72 hours if the event is granted to the LC or not, according to the availability of the team for the dates and the relevance of the proposal.
One LC can receive no more than 2 trainings per Quarter.
