What Exactly is the “Bird Flu”?

• The “Bird Flu” is a slang term given to a specific strain of influenza virus –specifically “H5N1” virus unique to birds.

• Virologists have long determined that normally, “H5N1” is unique only toBIRDS, and is found naturally in most wild bird populations with zero mortalityand is not typically passed on to humans.

• Only when bird populations become overstressed due to massive contamina-tion of environment or over-population does the cellular TERRAIN of the flockchange, causing the virus to become dangerous or lethal to birds. When abird dies, the virus evolves into a parasite helping to decompose the bird’sflesh. This is when “mutations” are most likely to occur.

• In order to answer the “Why” question, one needs to analyze the sequence ofevents leading to the “Bird-Flu” hype.

• March 1997: Zero “Bird-Flu” – no confirmed “H5N1” human cases anywhere.The U.S. Armed Forces Institute of Pathology based in Rockville, Maryland atFt. Detrick (i.e. the research center for biological weaponry) commissions oneDr. Jeffery Taubenberger to lead a research team to ISOLATE the 1918 FluVirus’ genetic code. Why? This strain of influenza virus is arguably the mostlethal germ in terms of mortality percentages vs. infection ---- far more deadlythan smallpox and much cleaner than weapons-grade anthrax for use as apotent “biological weapon”.

• Aug. 24, 1997 – Brevig, Alaska. Research Team member Johan Hultin sendsremarkably well-preserved 1918 flu virus specimens from a frozen body killedby the 1918 flu, to Dr. Taubenberger’s lab in Maryland. Days later,Taubenberger detects the genetic fragments he was searching for.

• The virus’ RNA-based gene fragments were analyzed by computer sequenc-ing in order to reveal the COMPLETE GENETIC CODE. Even with a super-computer, this code sequencing will take years to complete.

• October, 2003 --- Taubenberger’s team finally deciphers the deadly virus’entire genetic code – completing a 6 year project. Noted virologist andTaubenberger colleague R.G. • June, 2005– At the Rockefeller-controlled Mount Sinai School of Medicine inNew York, Taubenberger works with Peter Palese and Adolfo Garcia-Sastro tocreate plasmids, or DNA rings – thus permanently “stabilizing” the virus foruse as a biological weapon ---- the final step in revitalizing a very deadlypathogen. The press is told this is only to be used as a “vaccination tool” –even though the disease is currently non-existent.

• Dec. 2005 – Bush solicits Congress for $7.1 Billion to fund “preparations” ---$3.3 billion is immediately allocated to Leavitt. The HHS “candy store” is offi-cially open for business.

• Jan. 2006 – Leavitt launches website – pandemicflu.gov Here he declares:“Let me be clear. It is only a matter of time before we discover H5N1 inAmerica. The migration patterns of the wild fowl that carry the virus makes itappearance here almost inevitable!”

• Jan. 2006 – The Chinese host the “International Pledging Conference onAvian and Human Influenza” in Beijing. The purpose? China extracts massivesums of money from the west --- Leavitt commits $334 million in funds to aidChina’s research into “vaccine development”.

• Mar. 2006 – In an unprecedented move, Leavitt’s HHS allocates funds to aprivate television network and a “made-for-TV” movie is produced on the “birdflu”. Leavitt jokes that he wants “the handsomest actor” to play his character.(Keep in mind that as governor of Utah, Leavitt strongly promoted Chinesebusiness interests, meeting often with Chinese delegations visiting SLC.)

• Mar. 2006 – Leavitt declares on HHS website (Just as John D. Rockefellerdeclared in 1916): “The best defense against influenza is VACCINATION.” Hefurther declares: “The current U.S. capacity for manufacturing egg-based vac-cines is not sufficient to supply OUR ENTIRE POPULATION. HHS is support-ing research into [human kidney] cell-based vaccine manufacture of producingvaccine domestically. In April, 2005, HHS announced a $97 million contract forthe development of cell-based flu vaccine.” Chillingly, Leavitt then declares:“The FDA can use its Emergency Use Authorization authority to permit theuse of unapproved products if there’s a reasonable belief the products may beeffective”.

• April 17, 2007 --- The Food and Drug Adminstration (FDA) branch of Leavitt’sHHS Bureau utilizes its Emergency Use Authorization authority and awards alicense to produce H5N1 “Bird Flu” vaccines to Sanofi-Pasteur. The approvalletter states: “We have approved your Biologics License Application (BLA) forInfluenza Virus Vaccine, H5N1, effective this date. You are hereby authorizedto introduce or deliver for introduction into interstate commerce, InfluenzaVirus Vaccine, H5N1, under your existing Department of Health and HumanServices U.S. License No. 1725; however, we acknowledge your statementprovided in your submission of April 5, 2007, that Sanofi Pasteur Inc. does notintend to license this product for commercial distribution, since it was pro-duced under contract to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Servicesas part of national pandemic preparedness initiatives. Influenza Virus Vaccine,H5N1, is indicated for active immunization of persons 18 through 64 years ofage at increased risk of exposure to the H5N1 influenza virus subtype con-tained in the vaccine.”

• Nov. 26, 2007 --- Leavitt and the HHS ordered 100 million H5N1 “vaccines”from Sanofi-Pasteur. Expected delivery date, August, 2008. Sanofi-Pasteurissues a press release announcing the very lucrative contract (100 millionvaccines X $15 USD) and declares that the cell-based vaccine will be massproduced in the company’s CHINA facility – then shipped to Stillwater, PA forhypodermic syringe-friendly packaging. All of this done WITHOUT HUMANOR ANIMAL TESTING!!!

• Jan. 2008 – Covert ‘human trials’ of Sanofi-Pasteur H5N1 vaccines are con-ducted on 350 homeless vagrants in Poland. According to London Examinerarticle, this results in 21 “instant” deaths and over 200 severely incapacitatedor hospitalized showing that the “cure” may be much worse than the diseaseitself.

• The first pressing issue facing us is living space. This is the biggest focus ofthe revitalization of the Chinese race. In my last speech, I said that the fightover basic living resources (including land and ocean) is the source of thevast majority of wars in history. This may change in the information age, butnot fundamentally. Our per capita resources are much less than those ofGermany’s back then. In addition, economic development in the last twenty-plus years had a negative impact, and climates are rapidly changing for theworse. Our resources are in very short supply. The environment is severelypolluted, especially that of soil, water, and air. Not only our ability to sustainand develop our race, but even its survival is gravely threatened, to a degreemuch greater than faced Germany back then.

• Anybody who has been to Western countries knows that their living space ismuch better than ours. They have forests alongside the highways, while wehardly have any trees by our streets. Their sky is often blue with white clouds,while our sky is covered with a layer of dark haze. Their tap water is cleanenough for drinking, while even our ground water is so polluted that it can’t bedrunk without filtering. They have few people in the streets, and two or threepeople can occupy a small residential building; in contrast our streets arealways crawling with people, and several people have to share one room.Many years ago, there was a book titled Yellow Catastrophes. It said that, dueto our following the American style of consumption, our limited resourceswould no longer support the population and society would collapse once ourpopulation reaches 1.3 billion. Now our population has already exceeded thislimit, and we are now relying on imports to sustain our nation. It’s not that wehaven’t paid attention to this issue. • But we must understand that the term ‘living space’ (lebenstraum) is tooclosely related to Nazi Germany. The reason we don’t want to discuss this tooopenly is to avoid the West’s association of us with Nazi Germany, whichcould in turn reinforce the view that China is a threat. Therefore, in ouremphasis on He Xin’s new theory, ‘Human Rights are just living rights’ weonly talk about ‘living’ but not ‘space’ so as to avoid using the term ‘livingspace.’ From the perspective of history, the reason that China is faced withthe issue of living space is because Western countries have developed aheadof Eastern countries. Western countries established colonies all around theworld, therefore giving themselves an advantage on the issue of living space.To solve this problem, we must lead the Chinese people outside of China, sothat they can develop outside of China.

• Would the United States allow us to go out to gain new living space? First, ifthe United States is firm in blocking us, it is hard for us to do anything signifi-cant to Taiwan and some other countries! Second, even if we could snatchsome land from Taiwan, Vietnam, India, or even Japan, how much more livingspace can we get? Very trivial! Only countries like the United States, Canadaand Australia have the vast land to serve our need for mass colonization.
