About Gowri
Dr Gowri M Balachander is a trained scientist,mentor and advocate for student leadership inSTEM. She currently works as a post doctoralfellow at the NUS Yong Loo Lin School ofMedicine. She holds a MS in engineering fromthe Indian Institute of Science, where she wenton to complete a PhD in Tissue Engineering forBreast Cancer. She holds extensive experiencein successfully completing scientific projects aswell as mentoring students.
