Features of the River NileThe Nile can save peoples lives because it provides

foods such as fish, bread and beer. The fertile soil near the river Nile allowed the ancient Egyptians to grow wheat . The wheat could be made into beer or bread. The Egyptians didn't drink dirty water because in some parts of the river Nile the water was very clean to drink. Not just food came from the Nile but came from the trees. The trees provided fruits such as figs and grapes. For the wealthy ancient Egyptians they had coconuts and olives. As for the poorer ancient Egyptian families it seemed they had to exist on whatever they could find.
