Sometimes, parents are the dictators in decision making and the school should compromise or comply with their demands Lack of male man-power because of least number of male teachers. High standard for academic performance so some of the students are failing the subjects or worst, a repetition of grade level.

Strong parent-child relationship and an open communication between parents and the management and the involvements of parents in school and the community.

High standards for discipline and religious beliefs

Continuous professional development for administrators.

A good curriculum which aid the needs of the society and as well as the learners.

Belongingness of the teachers in decision making as the management held a meeting twice a month.

 Support the slow learners to cope with their subjects by tutoring and remedial classes.

The materials for student’s project can be found in the bookstore.

OPPORTUNITIES It is near the St. Peter Parish so it

has an easy access whenever there are liturgical services such as communion, confirmation and Friday masses.

Although it is a catholic school, it opens the door to non-Catholics.

More and more parents and community are donating to the schools.

It can conduct more out-reach programs with the involvements of parents.

 The school is allowed to set their own criteria for admitting students.

It provides religious education, and families often choose to enroll their children in schools whose policies reflect their own values.

Private school teachers are usually not part of unions, and their employment is typically set by a contract, allowing them to negotiate their terms.

Teachers with their own children enjoy a discount in tuition for their children to attend the school, and if they teach at a boarding school, they often receive free or subsidized meals and housing.

The location of the school is near a village where most of the students reside.

THREATS High competition level among

other schools. However, the rooms don’t have

air conditioning something that has contributed to some of the students not feeling comfortable when learning specifically during hot season.

The economy can affect the number of students going to the school. If people are making less money or searching for jobs, they can ill-afford to send their child to a private school which can lead to dropping out the students from the school.

Yearly resigning of the teachers because of low salary and less benefits.

Not stable financial resources. Most of the teachers are not

qualified to teach in senior high because of lack of educational attainment such as master’s degree and NC (TESDA).

The environment is conducive to student’s learning as it is near a village.

It can offer senior high as it has a well-equipped laboratories such as computer and science laboratory.

It can modify the curriculum of the students but still aligned with DepEd memos.

It provides assistance for the slow learners to cope with their fail subject by tutoring and remedial classes.

Potential increase in teacher’s salary.

Increasing acceptance of technology in general.

It is free from heavy traffic. It has the freedom to choose the

materials of the students such as books, and other learning materials.
